The room was perfect, super comfy bed and very clean. It was easy to get to from the airport and with the bus stop a very short walk away, commuting into the city centre was quick and easy. Will definitely book again 😁

Great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise. Easy access to bus transportation right out the B&B's doorway. Facility has been beautifully updated by owner. Very clean and nice optional breakfast. There's even a bar room for whiskey tasting or just a great place to relax. Cameron Toll Mall is an easy 9 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride for Sainsbury or Aldi groceries, pharmacy, electronics and many other stores. City center, Royal Mile is an easy 9 minute bus ride.

The decor was absolutely beautiful. Cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Host was amazing and the room was immaculate. The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in

Place is a bit far from the main tourist spots, but it's not that difficult to get here because the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The Rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Host is a really great. A great place to stay the night and worth the price.

Not Craig's fault but we were rudely awoken late at night by another guest who was clearly drunk and singing at the top of her voice. Struggled to get back to sleep after that, which put a negative spin on our last night. That said everything else was exceptional, see our likes list.

We loved the room: It was absolutely beautiful, with high ceilings and a large four poster bed. The decor was great and the ensuite bathroom was amazing with a shower built for two (Room 2). We loved it's placement for getting into Edinburgh: We walked everywhere and it was approximately 40 mins to walk to the Royal Mile where all the touristy bits were, the road is straight so you can't get lost. We loved the guesthouse itself: everything was very well presented, a grand staircase to take you upstairs to the landing where our room was. We spotted the complimentary sweets on the table in the hall and made sure we raided them each day, thank you Craig who was a great host.

The property is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our Room was huge with a comfortable bed and a seating area. Also, getting into town is extremely easy because buses run all day long, and there is a bus stop very close to the property.

The place was very nice and cosy. The space was very nicely furnished and the rooms very clean with everything we need. Craig, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We were able to bring our luggage before the check in. Breakfast is served a little differently. There is no buffet, and each guest gets the desired choice, plenty of it. Since I am a vegetarian, he also prepared veggie sausages for me. There is a bus station 3 minutes' walk away, from which you can get to the city center in 30 minutes.

Everything about our stay was superb. The property is lovely with luxury decor & immaculate presentation. The attention to detail is fantastic and the location superb. Craig is a very friendly and welcoming host and his knowledge of the local area (and fine whisky !) is second to none.

So close to restaurants a short 15 min walk. Very comfortable room. Craig was a superb host. So kind and friendly. Breakfast was so convenient and delicious. I would definitely recommend. An uber to downtown is a 2 min wait and a 10-15 minute drive.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful guest house and Craig is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are so well equipped with water tea coffee, hairdryer, cookies! Shampoo bodywash and body lotion. The decor is beautiful and it is so clean. Towels are so fluffy. Room has TV with netflix etc. The breakfast is lovely and very inexpensive for what you get. Craig replies to your text very quickly, and will help in any which way he can. Definitely would stay here again. About 25 min walk to town and a lovely it's a lovely walk. However if you don't want to walk the bus stop just a few meters away with loads of buses into town which was very convenient and only takes about 10 minutes.

Beautiful room, absolutely spotless. Bed too comfy as I didn’t want to get out of it. Great location with good transport links to the city and beyond.
