Nothing the hotel could do, but, be careful where you park as the majestic trees out the front hold alot of birds who left numerous gifts on my car for the morning

Beautiful location with stylish and inviting communal areas. We had a great night sleep and were able to check in early as our room was ready with no hassle or issue! Lovely room with all the amenities and more, will definitely return if in the area again!

The only thing that needs improvement from our view was being able to get a drink after 7. There are no staff on the evening so we weren’t able to make use of the refreshments I the lounge.

The property was gorgeous great location great staff! Only a 15 minute walk into town! Delicious breakfast in the mornings!

The lamps in the room were not working.

The room was big and spacious. It was clean too.loved the bed and lovely shower. The breakfast was good too.

On arrival pressed the button took a while to come to us and when we left again rang the bell waited but no one came so left keys in pot at went would have been nice to see someone on departure

Breakfast was ok I had the veggie breakfast was nice but on both morning I had it the halloumi was all dried up and unedable which let it down

The location is a bit further from town, but was easy enough to get around.

We were in Room 18, it was small and felt like an attic room with far too many stairs for me to climb. If staying again I'd ask for a ground floor room.

This is not a criticism, just an observation - it's about a 10-12 minute walk in to town, down some steep steps, although I believe there are buses too (we just walked though).

Absolutely lovely hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was reasonably good. The car park was full when we arrived, but the receptionist explained how we could squeeze in.

There was parking but not enough for all guests when busy. Some people had to park on the road. We arrived early so we just got a space.

The room was really nice with a lovely shower. The breakfast selection was good with options to adapt to what you wanted. Location to city centre fairly near, but up a long hill.

We had a room on the ground floor, the door that went out the back of the room to the outside was a little unexpected but it looked like the room had increased accessibility for wheelchair use, so not an issue just not expected.

Brilliant staff and amazing breakfast. Hotel was clean and the shower had insane power. All in all pretty good.

The room was a little too warm and it wasn’t obvious how to adjust the temperature.

Excellent location for Bath city centre. Beautiful appointed rooms that retained the period features but with a modern twist. Very comfortable beds. Excellent en-suite bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Lovely breakfast with an excellent choice and very attentive staff.

The location and the quality of this guesthouse is excellent. There is an air of quality and calm professionalism in all areas. Food was very high quality. Bus stop outside (only two stops to the town centre). Taxi fare £7 from town centre. Very helpful staff Smart, very clean accommodation.

The TV wasn't a smart TV so you don't have the option to login to any apps like Netflix. A small thing, but one that is desired for us.

Our room was very comfortable, decorated tastefully and the view of the city was amazing. The staff were really friendly throughout and always accommodated to our needs.

Everything was perfect!

Lovely setting only a few minutes away from the city centre. Breakfast was exceptional and lobby in the evening with all the games and cosy lighting.

Just expect to walk up the little hill about 5-8 minutes after your exploration at Bath city center.

Everything about the hotel is perfect, nice room, excellent hospitality, good breakfast.
