Due to it being an old building you could hear the room upstairs. The car park was quite tight and was full when we arrived.

Hotel was in a nice quiet location within walkable distance to the city centre. The breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious and modern. The staff were super friendly.

Uphill from town centre, cost at £8 for a taxi. Staff not very chatty, mentioned on booking that it was a stay for our honeymoon so I was emailed with a list of extras I could pay for. When we arrived nothing mentioned by the staff about our honeymoon, I’m not after anything for free but would be nice to be Congratulated or just a little note or card in the room. I think for a guesthouse I was expecting a more personal experience than a chain hotel.

The room overall was lovely but I did think the TV was too small for the room/space which made it a little difficult to watch from the bed/chair - literally the only fault I could find during a very pleasant stay!

Well decorated clean rooms. Spa bath was a really nice addition. Nice for breakfast to be included, it was delicious!

There is a bar with various interesting offerings, locked away and (in the evening) with no staff. I imagine it’s used sometimes, but not while we were there

Beautiful boutique guest house, spotlessly clean. Friendly, polite staff, one of which called a taxi for us in the evening 😀 A Great breakfast with a huge choice. The hotel itself is close enough to the city centre but you do need a car or public transport as it's a bit hilly! Other than that, it's perfect 👌 Oh, and very reasonably priced too!

Our room was directly above the main door, so it was noisy when people came in or out, and it banged shut. On the TV there was an audio control which I couldn't switch off, so that was frustrating whenever you put it on or changed channels or volume!! It's a tiring walk up the hill to the Hotel, from Bath, but that's not a complaint against the Hotel.

Very smart, modern Hotel with good sized rooms, albeit ours was just for a couple, so not very big. Lounge facilities were available to us, so I could enjoy a coffee from the Smeg machine instead of a packet of coffee. Shower head was large, so it was good to have a shower twice a day! Breakfast choices were very good, and being freshly made it was ideally hot enough to enjoy. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Its location is ideal for views over and above Bath.

The shower - there was no small shower head ,only one big one above your head, not practical if you don’t want to wash your hair.

Car park a little small, as with most city accommodation. We didn't use our car during our stay, but if you go out for the day, it may be difficult to get parked when you return.

Beautiful well appointed guest house with a huge bedroom! Excellent breakfast - the Eggs Benedict was delicious! Nice location away from the city but within 15 minutes walk (uphill on the way back!)

The rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner - more attention to detail needed. The beds weren’t that comfy but the pillows are amazing!

Nothing the hotel could do, but, be careful where you park as the majestic trees out the front hold alot of birds who left numerous gifts on my car for the morning

Beautiful location with stylish and inviting communal areas. We had a great night sleep and were able to check in early as our room was ready with no hassle or issue! Lovely room with all the amenities and more, will definitely return if in the area again!
