Nothing would just suggest maybe leaving a little milk, coffee and tea for arrival. But other than that was great accommodation

Beautiful house. It was really clean, and everything you needed was available. Loads of information left in a book. It was just perfect. The only downside was that we only stayed one night. 100% coming back.

For me the only negative was we couldn't park in the 2 "first come first served" spaces on the road just along from the property and had to go quite a long way before we could turn round and park in the free Clyne Gardens car park. It was a little way to bring all our things. However, as free parking is available and that isn't to do with the property as such (which is well worth the short walk) I haven't lowered my score.

A beautiful, warm, comfy property. Giant smart TV with comfy sofa and chairs for relaxing in front of. Large lounge with dining table and a large kitchen with table. Utility room with downstairs toilet and shower, washer and dryer. I had a really lovely night's sleep in the front master bedroom. Despite being on the main road it wasn't noisy. The wood floors are beautiful and everything is to a high standard. It's a pity we were only staying 1 night.

The place was perfect!

This house was immaculate, it’s been designed amazingly and is the best place to stay in Swansea. The house is huge with 4 bedrooms, clearly recently renovated to a high standard. Lovely enclosed garden! Right on the beach, cross the road and your on the sand!! Amazing! Ideal for families, couples, work etc. I’m still amazed how there was zero sand in the house and the beach is right opposite. It was spotless! Really nice beds too!

Absolutely stunning place, can't honestly describe how cosy, clean and welcoming it is. Facilities were fab, all utensils for cooking etc provided. Checking in was easy, bed was so comfy and the bath was huge. In the perfect location for exploring mumbles and using public transport, will be back!.

PURE LUXURY!!!! Wow - is all we can say! *Stunning, beautiful beach house with plenty of room for a family gathering. *Spotlessly clean *Super soft lining and towels *Fabulous location and right near the beach *Very easy check in and check out *The owner was extremely friendly and replied back very quickly *Garden is fabulous and the perfect place to sit in and catch up. *Family games, kids lamp and children's books were a lovely little extra for our 5 year old. *Free parking outside the property We will 1000% be back to stay again - we loved it Thank you!!!!

Nothing really. I think the whole thing was completely up to scratch!

The property was lovely. Much more spacious than I’d originally thought and spotless from head to toe. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pots/pans were all spotless. The living room was completely up to standard and the beds were comfy and soft.

TThe property was fabulous And I would recommend and would definitely use again and again Everything you needed was there and by the looks of it completely new The owners have covered absolutely everything So my 2 points are more observations that because of the high standards of the property I feel I should point out No 1 the WIFI is good but I stayed inthe rear bedroom and it didn't work for me there A minor inconvenience I overcome with mobile data No 2 The roller blinds in the bedroom look great work well and offer privacy but they don't offer great blackout properties So when it's light in the morning it was bright in the bedroom For me this was a minor issue but if I was staying in the summer it would be a problem
