Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThis is really petty but kettle was complicated and we never figured out what all the buttons did but managed to make a great cuppa anyway!
This is a lovely spacious house in a great location It was spotlessly clean and with great access to the beach and park. Easy walk into Mumbles but also right next to the land Train stop. Parking wasn't a problem and the Woodman pub is lovely too. We'll definitely book it again.

The location was perfect for visiting the Swansea and Mumbles area. There are regular buses along Mumbles Road and just over the road is the beautiful promenade which stretches right from Swansea to Mumbles Pier. The property was exceptional. Very well equipped, comfortable and immaculate. Communication with the hosts was superb and access to the property couldn't have been easier. We will certainly book this property next time we visit.

United KingdomThis is more feedback than anything else. The property could have some hooks by the front door to hang wet coats so that guests do not have to put over the well newly decorated property.
Great location, between Mumbles and Swansea Centre and across the road from the sea. Nice pub 1 minute walk and parking by the pub. The property is well equipped with everything you could need. In addition, it is very tastefully decorated and clean. There is a nice open plan dining/living room with 4 bedrooms. 2 doubles and 2 twins. There is also 2 bathrooms. Dealing with the host was a real pleasure, very helpful and responsive.

United KingdomFor me the only negative was we couldn't park in the 2 "first come first served" spaces on the road just along from the property and had to go quite a long way before we could turn round and park in the free Clyne Gardens car park. It was a little way to bring all our things. However, as free parking is available and that isn't to do with the property as such (which is well worth the short walk) I haven't lowered my score.
A beautiful, warm, comfy property. Giant smart TV with comfy sofa and chairs for relaxing in front of. Large lounge with dining table and a large kitchen with table. Utility room with downstairs toilet and shower, washer and dryer. I had a really lovely night's sleep in the front master bedroom. Despite being on the main road it wasn't noisy. The wood floors are beautiful and everything is to a high standard. It's a pity we were only staying 1 night.
