We couldn't find the lock up box with the key. which resulted in us thinking we were at the wrong property and driving round for 1/2 hr. Called owner who told us where to find the key box.

The house was very close to Neath PortTalbot hospital where my husband had an op. This was the main reason for booking here.

We had a bit of problem with the boiler when we arrived , but was very quickly resolved by quick communication with the owners. That's it. Nice place

A bit further walk to the beach than thought, especially as Moxxi could only go on a small part of it

Completely enclosed garden for the dog, who loved the freedom to play. Two rooms downstairs very comfortable. Loved the shower and toilet downstairs. Very comfortable beds.

Cleaning level 😑 rubbish all around the floor next to the gate. Found women's pants with used pads in the drawer...garden did not look great. Weird smell in the living room. Good communication with the owner. Possible early checking in.

I have some mobility issues and found the double bed too low. Plus that bedroom had very slippery painted floors. We moved into the rear bedroom with twin beds and carpeted floors - problem solved 👍.

Walking distance to beach, promenade, shops, cinema, sports centre and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to major roads. Fifteen minutes drive to Swansea. The house was lovely and warm, plenty of room for our family, bright and well lit.

We couldn't fault the accommodation.

The rooms were beautifully decorated; great space for the kids and the location was exceptionally quiet. It was a 10 min walk to the beach and convenient shops. Definitely recommend as a place to stay. Owners were easy to get hold of when we had a problem.

The house was absolutely lovely and only 5 mins from all of the major supermarkets and the beach too, what a brilliant location. Thank you for such a lovely house 😊

The whole house needs cleaning. The kitchen and oven was so bad we decided not to eat at the property but to eat every meal out. Even the things in the kitchen cupboards were dirty. Kitchen draw broken, not enough crockery, inside of cupboards were disgustingly dirty. Stairs looked like they had never been cleaned, carpet on stairs was "sticky". Dead house plants, huge weeds growing between garden slabs, broken outside furniture. Such a shame as the house itself is quite nice with good sized rooms, the decor looks like it was nice a few years ago but is now so worn and unclean everywhere.

The kitchen drawers were difficult to use as they were a bit stuck/broken, however it didn't detract from our stay.

The place was clean, the sheets and towels smelled very fresh, and the property was super cosy and well stocked! The location is not far from a bus stop to get to the train station, and the area was very quiet and safe.

First impression It was dirty as soon as we walked in there was a smell, the stairs were filthy all the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned as did the shower the glasses and cups were also dirty we luckily brought travel mugs so didn’t use them

House smelt of dog cushions stunk of dog shower doors brocken and tray filled with water so floor flooded was told doors broke on day of going but guest book showed they were like it in December carpet square on stairs not fitted so slipped off matts dirty and trip hazard kitchen wiped over with 1 cloth I guess as things sticky and dog hairs on cupboards top draw loose cutlery dirty 1 t towel dog poo bags with poo in garden and astro turf stunk of wee and poo (I know allows dogs but atleast clean up ) frankly I would sack the cleaner small table in bedroom propped up on leg (no screws) feel over resulting in brocken glasses in kitchen literally 5 of things plates a mish mash like bought from a charity shop glad only had to endure for 2 nights would not recommend not sure how ppl said they loved it but then reviews year old or maybe we just have better standards have put complaint in to booking.com shame as could be a nice place and there was Christmas decorations still up and a pair of kids uggs left in front room

There’s really nothing not to like.

The property is spacious, cosy and comfortable with lots of modern touches and great use of space. It has a fully equipped kitchen and has all of your home comforts like WiFi and smart TV. Bedrooms are all bright, fresh and comfortable. Pet friendly too, with lots of throws supplied to protect the furniture. Nice Astro-turfed garden with seating, ideal for bright and warm days. Short walk to shops, beach and restaurants. A real oasis!

Would of been great to have some black out curtains or blinds I'm the bedrooms. Better sleep and would help keep the heat in better!

Lovely that it literally is 10mins walk to the beach (30 mins walk to dogs allowed part of beach) pet friendly, good value. Host was very attentive.
