The pipes smell from the shared bathroom was quite intense.

The location is amazing and the room with the private bathroom was comfortable. I also enjoyed being able to cook in the shared kitchen.

When we asked if there was wifi, we were told, “yes” but were not given the password, so we we didn’t have internet access. The bathroom was shared and very small. The noise of the traffic at night was incredible. The windows rattled and we expected a vehicle through the wall.

The property has only shared bathrooms. This should be made much clearer in the description. Had I known that then I wouldn’t have stayed there. We we’re in room 6 and had to go down two flights is stairs to the bathroom/ toilet.

False advertisement. Nowhere in the description did it say we would be saying one tiny bathroom, 3 floors down, that we would have to wait in line to use. I would have never reserved it. We left the next morning and paid for a new place. I did not want to waste anymore of my time dealing with it then bc we only had 3 nights in London, and one was already wasted. When I contacted the owner the following week about getting a refund, I was denied.

1. I didn't noticed at first, but then around 6 pm there was a very loud noise coming from the fast food from under the rooms. There was an exhaust pipe on the side of the wall of our room (room 4), and it was roaring until 11 pm. We could not sleep or get any rest. Mind you the sound was in the entire facility and the walls where vibrating. 2. We contacted the property and they asked for video or a recording, as if not believing us. The property said that there was no complain about the sound. But it could be heard even by someone with poor hearing. 3. The bed was broken... we fell several times. 4. No security! We had a security code for each door, none of them were efficient. If I turned the knob a little further, I could open the door without the code. I also filmed that. Basically, anyone could enter the rooms. Which is scary because I had things of value left in the room and could be stolen. 5. The property said we could move in another room, but that room had to private bathroom, and how could I stay in a room, with the same noise and problems and no bathroom for the same price?

I liked it mostly because it was close to main attractions and near underground.

Perfect place for short accommodation. Very close to station and easy access to central London. Good cleaning. Host provides coffee capsules in the room. Coffee and tea in the kitchen are available for guests .

Everything else. In the dead of night, an unauthorized individual gained access to our room using what we thought was our personal room code, causing severe distress and a significant breach of our privacy. This incident not only disrupted our sleep but left us feeling profoundly unsafe within the premises. The shared bathroom for five rooms lacked a proper lock, with a noticeable gap compromising our privacy. In addition to these security concerns, the shower head in the bathroom room was able to be removed from the wall entirely and fell off during our shower, adding further inconvenience to our stay. Do not stay here if you value you and your family's life. Not worth it.

Nice and really clean room, in an old but recently renovated building. Very close to the underground. Nice neighborhood, with some restaurats, a supermarket and other services within 2 blocks. The kitchen is very well equipped.
