Couldn't park outside. Bathroom downstairs (stairs not great for older people) not particularly clean no instructions for cooker. Bedroom small no where to put clothes.

Sticky table in the kitchen Could do with a deep cleaning Despite check out until 10am, there were people knocking at the door and wandering around property at 9am asking us to leave so they can clean the property for next visitors. We all felt pressurised by it and found this unfair and annoying.

Think need to highlight more suitable for families. We struggled with the small bedroom and bunks. Maybe some coffee making facilities would help e.g. A plastic filter and jug

It was all nice. Maybe a hoover in the very edges of carpet next to skirtings more often and under couch but apart from that we had a great time

The Cottage was comfortable and clean. We were provided with towels and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials.

The shower was very nice but the hose really needs repairing/replacing as it doesn’t hold it’s position. I got the central heating working eventually but it wasn’t obvious how to do this in the initial instructions and it was needed to dry towels, etc. The cutlery in the kitchen needs replacing/improving and some sharp knives need adding (especially a bread knife). A welcome/instructions book would be useful. :)

Great location. Our girls really enjoyed staying at the house and loved the games room and the park next door. it was great to have a real fire and the the facilities were very good overall.

only bad thing I can say is the sofa in the living room is not comfortable, it’s not big enough for a family to relax altogether and watch the TV

location was fab, little park next to cottage for kids to play in, I could even watch the kids while I cooked in the kitchen. lovely pub 2 minutes walk away. And beautiful beach only 10 minutes drive away. pool room at bottom of garden was great kids loved that 👍

There was no central heating just oil radiotors although we did get told how to switch them on and off if needed, the electronic heaters were ok so not a big issue.

Nice cosy cottage made us feel like at home quick responses from the owner when we had an issue, the fireplace was amazing and a lovely big kitchen made us want to cook instead of going out for food.

Really friendly and helpful hosts with great communication. A really comfortable cottage in a lovely village with great walks locally, easily access to the coast and beaches as well as close to lots of nearby attractions in the mid Wales/ Snowdonia area. Great place for a relaxing time away.

Close to road, but you wouldn’t know if you are at the back of the house, no parking but was not a problem as we parked easy in the street near by.

Good location for attractions in the area, cosy, large kitchen, good size fridge freezer, great for kids as right by play park & property has back gate access so you don’t have to walk along the road, great games room.

We’ve never lived with so many insects. We both had insect bites on our ankles on first night, slept on arm chairs for remaining stay. There were dead wood lice around the skirting boards in all the rooms

Lovely cottage in a small village. Facilities were excellent and our teenage daughter and friend made full use of the games room and board games that were left at the cottage. Cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Beautiful area, and a park right next door which you can see from the garden if you have young children very handy. We didn't take our dog, but the hosts even provided for fur babies....dog bowls, towels, doggy bags and lead...never had any of these when we have stayed in a cottage, lovely touch. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend Rhys Cottage.

The cottage was in perfect location, only a 10 minutes drive to nearest village for supermarkets etc and 30 minutes to the nearest beach. The park next to the property was great for our children, we felt they were safe going through the back garden to it and we could see them clearly. The children enjoyed the games room at the top of the garden.
