“The room was very clean and tidy, I was put into a different room (that I actually prefered) as the light in the bathroom of my original room was faulty. The reception and general staff here was amazing, not only swapping my room quick, but also finding me a spare phone charger as I forgot to pack mine! It was Easter Sunday, so no way would I have found one. A young man looked all over reception and went to the trouble of checking the cleaners storage area and found one for me. Overall a fantastic experience, with a friendly receptionist on in the morning to wish me goodbye. Keep up the good work.”
