“So pleased that I ignored the negative comments on previous reviews, we had great overnight stay, the staff couldn’t have been any more friendly and approachable, from the welcome at the reception to the barman and the serving staff. The food was really good value for money and delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large shower room and a view of the loch.
The stairs and communal areas were clean and spacious.
There is a lift, so suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We had a great stay, thank you.”
“The hotel was lovely. Old but modern. Easy to get to. The staff were most welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Even better because it was a dog friendly hotel. Beautiful views of Loch Lomond, just a stone throw away. Had breakfast the next morning, which was very nice. Lots to choose from. Would highly recommend.”
“This was our favourite place to stay during our trip to Scotland. The staff went above and beyond for us, accommodating an unannounced early check-in and upgrading us to a more spacious room. The building is old, but its warm, inviting, and well cared for. Dinner in the restaurant was good and the location can't be beat, especially if you're traveling by bus and hoping to spend time on Loch Lomond.”

2
Followed by a trip
