“The room was just the right size and it had 3 double plug sockets, 2 of which had USB charger ports too. The bed was super comfortable, the TV a good size, with plenty of good channels and the bathroom spotless with a really good powerful shower.
The room also had a lovely view over Sheffield and had a fitted black out roller blind. Perfect!!
The staff were all amazingly friendly, helpful and genuine people. I can name Matty, Nico and Kas, who were just the best ever, but the other girl who burnt her arm on an oven was brilliant too. Thank you all for making me feel very welcome.”
