“I"m walking the coast of England so need a peaceful night: that's exactly what I found. My room was under the roof with 2 windows, 1 with view on the Newhaven cliffs and Peacehaven city, the other one with seaview. Very quiet, clean and comfortable bedroom. Really enjoyed the nice big bed, shower was great with hot water and showergel/shampoo. It was a plus to have a fridge in the room, with 2 bottles of water and lots of milk. Kettle with lots of tea/coffee, sugar...
Ideal location, 10mn walk from the sea. I had my picnic/dinner on the beach among the rock gullies then I enjoyed the sunset walking the mini Grand Canyon and its bubbling streams.
