“Stay away. They promise a refund on your £150 room deposit we,very waited 12 days and still not returned despite daily queries about this problem. You will just be fobbed off continueisely. Room i booked supposed to be deluxe, hate to think what others are like. Very expensive for a sub standard hotel serving absolutely the worst breakfast you would imagine. 2 guests slept on the floor as AC faulty so uncomfortable to share a bed. Toilet door could not lock, pretty basic repair in my mind. Horrible so called hotel and flabbergasted Booking. Com list it is usually reputable company. Please do not get scammed Once again stay away.”

The hotel has an elegant sitting room and a very nice pub for a quiet drink after dinner. It is convenient that one can park one’s car there as one cannot drive into the centre of Oxford. It is a 20 minute walk into the centre or there are busses.”
