“We were warmly welcomed by Sharon's son who took our bags from the car to our room. The room was good with tea and coffee making facilities and a nice ensuite. What was particularly helpful was the communal sitting room with tables and chairs, which we used to have hot drinks and cakes and a takeaway. As we were on a 22 night tour of the UK it was a godsend that Sharon allowed us to use her washing machine and dryer. Also, we had not been aware that we were supposed to pre-order breakfast but this was absolutely no problem for Sharon. Sharon is a natural in this position. She is a warm, friendly and caring person who went over and above with us. Thank you so much Sharon and family.
