“Excellent view. Noticed only 1 of the yurts had a gazebo. Would be an idea for them all to have one in case of rain. But what a lovely place to sit out by the fire. Owner said it at had been cold so we used the blankets provided. Was absolutely fine.”

Much of the produce was locally sourced and the choices were genuinely a la carte. Compliments to the chef! Service was also excellent. Breakfast was very good. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great to walk out of the front door into the heart of Machynlleth on market day. Free parking at the rear of the hotel was a bonus as it can be a headache at some places”
