Claire is a delight, she ensured a wonderful stay throughout our initial four days at the hotel. Ryan is lovely too as well as Ashley and another young slim gentleman I cannot remember the name of. A very lovely lady also serving at the bar, very helpful and happy to help. Second visit in May was unpleasant throughout.”
“Did not like anything at all, was shocking, we were made to feel as though we were intruding in the staff's home, as though we were an inconvenience to them whilst making expected requests such as ordering a meal or simply wishing staff a good morning which they are not capable of doing, not only that, they look away! We stayed away from the hotel the following day only returning at night when ready to go to bed. Realised we cannot spend five days this way, just the first day itself was horrible enough to make us stay away from the hotel the entire day the next day.”
