“After our accommodation was changed at the last moment by the Donnini Group, the size of the unit, especially the living area was great and the location was very central, opposite Morrisons supermarket. Once we found the location it had free parking outside the unit. Easy access using a key code which was sent by email a couple of hours beforehand. The heating and the washing machine were easy to use.”
“Staff were great, there was one young lady who greeted us on arrival who was working in the dining area, came across to check us in and later served behind the bar bless her, she was friendly, polite and helpful. Meal at night was hit the spot following a long journey. Breakfast was nice. Good variety of cereal and cooked breakfast items with the option of eggs in a number if ways, additional fruit options would have made this better as only melon available both mornings. Fruit juice and tea or coffee was also good. Waiting staff friendly and helpful.”
