“I can't rate this hotel because my booking was cancelled despite booking.com holding my credit card details. The hotel was fully booked and did not even bother to find alternate accommodation at another Ibis hotel. I was given the address of the nearest Ibis and told to make my own way there. The receptionist explained that booking.com had "changed its policy" but I was unaware of this until I looked at my email (after arriving at the hotel) and saw the booking was cancelled!”
