I requested a change and titania went over and above to ensure my other 2 nights were great by moving me to a lovely room, All reception staff were very helpful. The hotel has loads of character due to age.. It's a great location to visit the surrounding villages. Evening food not provided but this was stated when booking... would highly recommend..”
