“We arrived quite late at 7:30pm. The staff member on reception was very friendly and accommodating and advised that we had been upgraded to the newly renovated rooms as they had availability. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and well provisioned. I have been lucky enough to stay in a couple of fancy hotels, including Hayman Island on the Great Barrier Reef, and the rooms we had at Marks Tey were on a par and better than those hotel rooms. Excellent value for money for our last-minute booking.
Menu looked tasty and great value, but we had already eaten so didn't try the food on this occasion.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
