“I have visited the hotel previously and everything was exceptional. However this time they gave me a very dated room, poor quality and was very disappointed, as I had loved this hotel before. As a solo female traveller they put me in the furthest room possible from reception, of poor quality.
However the hotel lounge is amazing, the food was good quality, especially breakfast. The staff are really welcoming. I will make a return visit as it’s a good location to visit Lincoln. Hopefully I will be allocated a beautiful room as per my first visit.”
