“Hosts were very informative and friendly and make you feel at home, the room we stayed in even though quite small wasvery clean and cosy and bathroom was also very clean and modern, i would definitely visit again if my wife and i ever go back to visit lake Windermere again!”

“I would highly recommend staying at this property. We have a lovely peaceful stay. Very quiet of a night time. The room was clean and modern. The shower works fine. The TV is a late model. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was stocked up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Martin the owner gave us a warm welcome. Presented our room and offered prompt assistance during our stay. We will be returning in the near future. Thank you.”

“The house is lovely and the rooms well maintained. Our host, Hilton, was so helpful, giving lots of advice on local tourist places, public transport, restaurants, pubs etc. He also cooks a great breakfast to order (no rubber fried eggs in a warmer!) Ideally situated to walk into Windermere or even down to Lake Windermere. Several onsite parking spaces otherwise spaces on local streets. Nice to have use of the lounge too so not restricted to your bedroom.”
