She tried to match my vegan preferences with flexibility. An interesting and varied breakfast menu. The yogurt, berries and granola was delicious (not too sweet). As more people are now veggie or vegan, I would suggest more options - like oat milk etc, and vegan spread and yoghurt would be a good idea.
The chef’s in-house home made focaccia was delicious. Thank you! Generous supply of tea and coffee facilities in room - which I greatly appreciated.”
