Bookings listed our beds as 2 twins and we ask for a double. When we arrived at hotel it seemed to be a big deal and major inconvenience to get us a double or push the twins together. Then we got charged extra to have to put us in a double bed room. Now no longer a good price for what we got.

My only complaint were the pillows. I asked for softer lower pillows but that was still not much better.

The breakfast was quite expensive for what it was and not included in the room.

The room was lovely and the balcony views were beautiful. Also Julien’s customer service at the reception desk was exceptional and he made our stay. The hotel felt like you stepped back in time, old school glamour for sure.

The hotel itself is a bit tired looking in parts (bathroom, chairs in the foyer, the lift) but this kind of adds to its charm a bit too. The beds were not the most comfortable (too hard) but that’s a personal preference. The comfort room is small & basic for the price, would consider a bigger room next time…though costly.

A lovely hotel, right by the sea…it was such a treat to stay there. Loved the location, loved the bedroom balcony, the staff were super. Loved the architecture of the building. Very clean. Super restaurants & wine bars nearby.

Seems to have lost attention to detail, everything is charged for although the room rates are high including ringing to book sunbeds when they weee unsuccessful? We have been 6-7 times before and it certainly wasn’t the same experience. So we were disappointed.

Such an incredible hotel. Service was impeccable, staff very friendly and helpful and the view from the rooms is simply amazing. Rooms are comfy and they had an extra bed ready for our 6 year old son. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Aircon struggled. Staff friendly but surprisingly didn't know basics, like the bus to nearby areas or where to get tickets. No facilities in hotel so you are only paying for a room. Expensive. Bit so charming.

Nothing everything was perfect for us.

The location of our room was fantastic and the views were out of this world. We sat for hours looking at the view. Our room was so clean we couldnt have asked for more.

Noise at night. The bar close by is open till midnight or something, I struggled a bit to sleep in.

Awesome young bartender and guy responsible for breakfast. Everything was perfect for my girlfriend who is celiac and needs gluten free and lactose free diet. Please give our warmest respect to this employee. He made the stay wonderful for us!! Yacht cabin was one of the best suites we have ever slept in. Wonderful 2 balconies with awesome look.

The manager at the wine bar was so rude and arrogant. Would not go there ever again just because of the way I was treated by him. I'm a medical doctor, If I ever treat or speak to a patient in the same way he spoke to me, I would be fired on the spot.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very poor. There was no on site parking and no effort to valet the car no any advice where to park but say you are are your own to figure all that out.

We did not have the breakfast. We liked the location. We liked the staff.

Impossibly tiny rooms, too expensive and terrible policy that you have to be out at 11:00 for 400 euros a night. For this quality they should charge less.
