Room and bathroom were extremely spacious. The private patio was divine. Everything was there for our comfort. No detail was overlooked. The breakfast in a basket was amazing. We could eat on the patio. And the host was attentive without being intrusive.

Spacious, stylish rooms; lovely garden, though our stay wasn’t long enough to get the benefit of it; great breakfast basket too. Robert was welcoming and was available to help make this a super break. Béziers itself was a discovery- a 10-15 minute walk to the centre (we’re in our 79s). Strongly recommend.

It was perfect

Villa Kumquats is a brilliant place to stay, experience Beziers and the surrounding areas. Canal de midi, a canal aquaduct and the Les 9 Écluses de Fonseranes, plys shopping centres, shops and parks. We stayed 3 days and just about did it all. The house was fabulous well equipped massive rooms, we had bedroom, bathroom and a dining area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Breakfast was outside the door every morning in a basket coffee, croissants, bread, butter, cheese, ham. fruit, yoghurt, granola, juice fabulous to eat on the balcony or in the garden. Wine was also available to buy 15Euros a bottle - delicious. And the hosts had a list of restaurants to visit we tried 4 all great food and good value.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kumquats. The apartment was an easy walk from the centre of town. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The garden was vibrant and beautiful, and the perfect space to enjoy breakfast and relax in the evenings. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the perfect start to a day exploring Beziers. Robert and Jean-Yves were the perfect hosts, they had thought of everything and were so accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay. Their recommendations for local restaurants were also spot on. Will definitely be returning in the future!

We disliked nothing about the visit

The hotel was in a good position with on road parking. Room was very comfortable, decoration was quirky and interesting. Breakfast was extremely good, a very tasty picnic basket was left outside our room in the mornings. Host was very pleasant and helpful. The location was very peaceful and quiet at night.

Absolutely nothing not to like.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and very ample and wholly delicious: excellent: needed a bit more coffee but the request for was met willingly and unconditionally. Bathroom and supplies therein 'spot on'; comfy bed, well thought out refreshments in fridge. The welcome by Jean-Yvre (forgive me not necessarily accurate name spell) was cordial and his presence attentive and completely non intrusive. Ideal private location with outdoor area more than ideal in every way.

We honestly enjoyed everything. A small recommendation would be some biodegradable bin liners in the bathroom.

The veranda attached to the room was a beautiful place to enjoy an amazing (and substantial) breakfast. We loved the recommended epicerie and restaurants. I felt like I was in a Pedro Almodvar film while staying here, it was so beautiful. The garden cats were a nice bonus!

A little more storage would be good to make it easier to manage the suitcase.

It's difficult to really come up with a negative. The only thing we could think of was more storage space would have been appreciated

A late check in proved no problem and the communication from the host was excellent. Room was very good and although no air con, the large fan proved sufficient even in summer heat. Breakfast provided by the host, was great, delivered to the door, so you had a choice of eating in the room, or outside in the garden. The host was exceptional in the detail he provided plus hints, as this was our first time in Beziers. His recommendations for restaurants were first class

Villa kumquats was a fabulous and clean place to stay, yes it’s not directly in the centre but only a few minutes walk out of the Villa with one road down to the centre where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. It has lovely garden areas with outdoor seating . The host was very friendly and accommodating ensuring that everything was ok and provided a fabulous breakfast basket which could easily feed you until lunch time. We had a lovely terrace seating area to enjoy our breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend the Villa.

Villa Kumquats is such a charming place. In a good location to access Bezier, the accommodation was spacious, comfortable, spotless & beautifully curated. Great thought was put into the detail and design of the room. We had access to a lovely private garden. We loved the breakfast basket every morning brimming with delicious food which you could have either in your room or in the pretty garden. This was a rare find, an absolute oasis and we will be back.

The room was very thoughtfully finished with great quality fittings, thoughtfully chosen. There was plenty of space to relax separately to the bedroom and the bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and featured lots of local or homemade products.
