There was quite a bit of noise from the restaurant above the room in the morning and the landing for the inter island ferry was right outside the window a nuisance but not really a great problem.

Excellent location straight out onto the harbour. Swimming pool a bonus ,staff really helpful the room as modern & spacious. The public rooms peaceful and relaxing.Private pre booked parking a bonus.

No air-con, not really a complaint since it's listed as such before we booked, but with 36c outside the rooms were a bit uncomfortable at night and I'd not book again because of this, and I think for it's price they should at least have beside fans, or a ceiling fan. We brought along our own mini-fans in the car which helped. A bit of a shortage of sun loungers around the pool on busy times.

Staff were exceptional, we were staying the the hotel next door (owned by them) Hôtel Le Galion and booked Villa de L'Eclusier because it had the pool, our mistake as booking.com doesn't show they actually share the pool, so we'd paid extra for Villa de L'Eclusier which isn't as cheap, but then realised we'd check-out at 11am and would be "homeless" until 3/4pm check-in time, thankfully the staff twisted the rules and allowed us early access since we'd been already with them the night before. A real boutique feel, only a handful of rooms from what I saw, an amazing lounge with port views and a kitchen area where staff would make you breakfast.

I made the booking less than 24 hours prior to check-in and what a beautiful location, the hotel, service and facilities are outstanding. It has a real boutique feel, and should be rated much higher than a 3 star. I have recommended to both family residing in France and friends in the UK, upon arrival Marie (Front Desk) could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, absolutely wonderful stay, I cant wait to return for an extended period.

All just perfect!

Stunning apartment overlooking the harbour - spacious, beautifully appointed and luxurious. We arrived on the Isle de Re frazzled after a long hot journey and a big queue at the bridge, to find this beautiful sanctuary with a warm welcome, a sea breeze and a complementary half bottle of champagne on ice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment/suite. It was expensive, but worth every euro!

We were in the villa room 005 which happened to be under the breakfast room. Every night until 23:00/24:00 and every morning from 05:00 was incredibly noisy with banging and stomping. Don’t stay in this room if you like your sleep!

I was kept awake until 0530 by next door guest. Having complained in person to the night manager at 0300 nothing was done about it. When I checked out with 3 hours sleep the staff did not even apologise. Such a shame a good hotel is ruined by a simple concept of insulation and sound proofing, Not dealing with a noise complain is not acceptable.

Lovely location and decor. Roomswere a good size and lovely shower room, but and it's a big but. The noise from other rooms is terrible. You cna hear a pin drop.

The bed in our room was really hard, it gave me a bad back, the air con didn't seem to work but I didn't mention and the WiFi was so poor we couldn't watch the tv
