Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Villa Bellabe is a huge secret of Nice . Host Christina is truly wonderful . She welcomed you with smile drink conversation in her pretty garden . Full of local knowledge and ideas of where to visit and public transport ways of getting there. Breakfast is truly delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely return to Villa Bellabe. United StatesThis is a very beautiful and well cared for villa in a very quiet area on a hillside but not far from the foot of the mountain, about a ten minutes walk to the beach. The villa like a beautiful and peaceful garden, we were woken up in the morning by the birds chirping! Cristina was very kind and welcoming, prepared a map to show us interesting places in nice town and a few places to visit in the neighborhood, and also prepared a metro card for us. She also gave us a great breakfast every day, and we had very pleasant conversations. We received very good and helpful travel advice and had a very nice vacation. We are very grateful!

United KingdomVilla Bellabé is a great property with lots of space. The location is a little out of town from central Nice but a short walk (10mins) will take you to the Tram where you can easily access transport to the centre within 15 minutes.
We received a very warm welcome from Cristina and our stay was made very comfortable. We were given lots of useful information about the city of Nice and where to visit on our stay. A very filling continental breakfast set us on our way each morning.
