I like a firm bed but these mattresses were a little too firm, even for me. the rooms don’t have air conditioning so it got a little hot and stuffy at night as it was too noisy to sleep with the window open.

it’s location is great - the bus stop for the free bus to the Abbey and the bus to and from the train station in Pontorson is right outside the hotel. The room and bathroom are a decent size and everything is new and very clean.

for a family of 4 members, the room need a space for luggages, cloth hanging, etc.

No lift. Complex system for parking payment led to long delays at barrier to get in or out, especially when people were leaving in the morning.

The remains of some old infiltrations was clearly visible on the walls. Short of electricity plugs. Nothing near the bed.

Location is the main point. The room was OK and cleanish. Staff sticking to the procedures. Not helpfull, not nice. The bus station was just in the front of the hotel very easy to reach the main point of interest.

The carpeting in the halls and in my room (and presumably the other rooms) was of an attractive grey speckled pattern. It appeared to be costly, of good quality, and quite new-looking. Regrettably, its attractiveness was diminished by a noticeable amount of loose white lint, loose white threads, and what appeared to be some loose white plaster dust sitting atop the carpet in various places, including in my room at moment of check-in. I was able to easily move these contaminants around with the tip of my shoe. The presence of the loose white contaminants gave an impression of insufficiently-thorough housekeeping. I recommend more-frequent / more-effective vacuuming to remove these loose contaminants, in combination with increased supervision of housekeeping efforts. The carpeting in the hall also had a few conspicuous white spots that appeared to be stains caused by some sort of bleach-like chemical. These were quite noticeable. To prevent recurrence, I recommend that management investigate and eliminate the root causes of these chemical-looking white stains, if it has not already done so. To disguise the existing stains and thereby help preserve the value of the carpeting, management might wish to obtain from the carpet manufacturer a supply of colour-matched touch-up gel to apply to the white stains to make the spots less conspicuous.

Very close to the walkway leading to Mont-Saint-Michel. Decor was pleasant. Room and bathroom fittings were in very good condition. The extra-cost breakfast was comprehensive and IMO of good value.

Top location for a visit to Mont Saint-Michel. The Navette bus takes you up to the mountain every 10’ and stops in front of the hotel. You can park your car in front of the hotel too. Plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink within walking distance. The room/bathroom was small but practical and well equipped. Everything spotlessly clean. Good bed/pillows. Continental breakfast for 10€ was okay. Friendly people at reception, very helpful. Good hotel for short stay. Low priced.

They charged me 20€ extra during check in, on top of the online booking price, for my son, even though I picked online 14 years old (even though he is not 14 yet) as he is very tall. They didn't even explain the charge.

Great location for Mont Saint-Michel fairly quiet due to the traffic restrictions, feels like a very safe area. Good sized rooms and clean facilities.

The location - right on the bus stop from Pontorson (if you are going to MSM by train) and right on the shuttle to MSM, with both a restaurant and a boulangerie within 100m. perfect after a long days travel!

Nice location from Saint-Michele, which is 30 minutes away and also the free shuttle bus station is right outside. It's not fancy but has everything you need in tidy manner. The shower is hot and powerful. This is my second stay here.

It is located really close to the Mont Saint Michel, where we can hop on the shuttle to the Mont just in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly.
