Beautiful and cozy villa. Very nice and friendly staff. Great owner who is very caring and happy to help and advise. The villa is in the center of Cannes. Excellent accessibility to the city, the beach, the train station. The balcon room was beautiful and large and newly renovated.

The staff are really lovely and take the time to chat to you about your holiday and offer advice! Our room was beautifully decorated, very cozy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice but simple, just continental style but all we needed. Great location too, close to everything.

The main road near the villa has some noise in the morning if you sleep with a window open otherwise it is not an issue.

Well decorated, not far from main shopping area. Parking. The host was very nice and everything was perfect. Very clean room. Very good breakfast.

some of the rooms are in the annex section and are souterrain with little light, so if you prefer to stay in the villa make sure to book the right room category.

The property was on a busy road but there were lights to cross down into town. The was no traffic noise at night. There was no air conditioning in the bathroom but it was a perfect place to dry washing.

A delightful, historical building, beautifully styled with iconic movie stars & just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist hub. There was direct access to the town & beach straight down from the property. There was also an abundance of restaurants. The room had a nice outlook onto the garden, was bright, spacious & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was light & a good size. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Christophe was the perfect host & we enjoyed chatting each day. The breakfast was delicious & enjoyed under the breeze of the trees in the garden. Claudia the cat was welcomed us each morning.

There was no sound isolation. You can here everything what is spoken in other rooms. Bathroom and toilet were too small. You have to leave the door open when you sit on the toilet:/

The villa is absolutely stunning and so beautifully decorated. The staff and owners make the property exceptional and they went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible, helping with luggage, making suggestions for our stay and also getting lost property back to us after we had left the hotel. The location is very good being a short walk to Cannes town and beach and we had a lovely view from our room.
