Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Can be a little nosy in a morning. Equipment is basic but good enough for a short stay

Great location, close to the main square with lots of bars and restaurant’s and about a 10/15 min walk to the old town. Had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Good check in instructions and very close to the airport bus stop.

Very dark going up the long winding stairs. Door buzzer went off many times during the day and night throughout my stay, seems people in the building just buzz the apartment as a way to get in. Was quite off putting as a solo female. Shower head is not attached to the wall. Bed is not the most comfortable and pillows are quite old.

Close proximity to restaurants, bars and sights. Feels like a very safe area and close to airport shuttle drop off. Clean apartment, large bathroom. Fit for purpose if you're out and about for most of your time in Carcassonne.

Bed was a fold out bed but still comfortable. Could do with a few more glasses/mugs. On 2nd floor so quite a few stairs to carry luggage up. Wifi didn’t work when we got there but soon sorted this with a phone call to the WhatsApp number.

Very central. Very short walk to restaurants bars and shops. 20 min walk to the old city. Full sized fridge/freezer and oven. Kettle and coffee maker. Lovely balcony.

Petty complaint, only given one toilet roll for the week, too much hassle to complain.

Location, it was quiet, but only a few minutes away from the shops, restaurants etc. The balcony, great for having lunch with a glass of wine sitting in the afternoon sun..

The apartment was a bit smaller than it looked. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and some utensils (corkscrew/bottle opener) we’re worn out. Had to turn boiler off at night as a bit noisy.

The balcony was a nice feature and useful to have a kitchen and table to eat at. TV had Netflix.

The bed was of U shape. Two people sleeping on such a bed was a nightmare. Another issue was the boiler which was installed right above the bed. Too noisy for leaving it working through the night.

The apartment was located right in the town centre. Not sure how it goes at tourist season but in November it was pretty quiet there at night. The apartment had a nice large balcony.

Bed and bedding were getting on a bit - ready for an update. Room would benefit from an air conditioning unit - fan was inadequate. One off observation - we noticed no one else was in the apartment block, then the Tour de France appeared - all good we thought, until we noticed they had taken all the car parking spaces (we had to pay a fair distance away) and then they erected the display sites etc - overnight outside the room - not much sleep that night. Now we know why no one else was staying - could have been forewarned?.

Flat was in a good location, clean and tidy and everything worked. Bathroom and kitchen well fitted out.

Apartment was three stories up. A lot of stairs.

Balcony, peaceful, cooling fan. Good kitchen facilities. TV with netflix very good ..Bathroom shower room clean and good size.. Close to centre city. Lots of restaurants.

Shower was apalling. The floors were filthy. On arrival we could not gain access to the studio, the lockbox would not open, when I contacted the property they refused to come to assist us, they told me to contact Booking.Com, I contacted Booking.Com and this did not resolve our problem. We tried to phone the property but they did not answer our calls. We then had to reserve another apartment which cost us €170.00. We then received a message later that evening sayin that the lockbox was working, but we had already booked the other apartment. This was the worst experience that we have ever had with a property host.

uncomfortable beds, the sofa bed was impossible to sleep in. Ugly and old bed sheets, with smell. The shower tap wasn't even placed in the wall, so you had to use your hands all the time. Very impractical. I do not recommend this apartment. Pay a little more and have a nice night sleep!

Worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had! Boiling hot apartment on a busy road. Much smaller than it looked in pictures and lots of stairs up to it. Very basic inside with areas needing an upgrade. Lots of emails prior to staying threatening fines and extra charges. Avoid!

There is no A/C and it was above 30 degrees outside. They have a fan but it doesn't work well. The beds were not comfortable. The bathtub and bathroom were dirty. Would not stay again
