I could hear people outside my room, almost as loud as if they were in my room. But there wasn't so much noise happening; just one or two instances where I had to put a pillow over my head to block out someone talking loudly

Bedside lights not working. Room and bathroom could do with some hooks. Bottom rail on stairs loose from wall. Property could do with some maintenance.

The room and especially the bathroom are extremely small, but as I really only wanted to sleep and shower there, I got used to it. It was clean and the toiletries were sufficient. At first, I was surprised there is nobody at the reception, but when I realised how to work with the electronic panel, it wasnt a problem. You get a card for your room and the hotel door from the automat. I was glad I gave my baggage in the storage at a train station as the price is the same (5 euro) and there isn't mostly any staff at the hotel. It's very near to the metro and for a good price. The walls are thin so you hear everything, but it was the same in other hotels in Paris, too. All in all, it was a good stay.

Just one very minor remark : The hair dryer in the bathroom does not work at its best. I know the hotel hairdryers are not great, but particularly this one needed just a little cleaning at its ventilation to work better.

Excellent value for the money. Rooms have mini fridge, tv, comfortable bed. Even if our room was facing the main road, it was not nosiy. Nice bars and very good bulangerie downstairs.(1min walk) Metro station is at 3-5 min walk. The room size was really good compared to what Paris generally offers.

Unfriendly staff, when we showed the sink was dirty, the staff pushed us when we were in his way. Room had antiseptic smell, charges money for storing luggage.staff are not around causing many guests to wait outside the locked door waiting for check in. The NFC card provided did not work at night causing us to be stranded outside the door (again). Tried to call the phone number and nobody picked up.

Not the best entrance and zero facilities, no where to sit in a lounge at the hotel. Even the outside terrace had no chairs and not open to the hotel guests. The room was very basic, not even a chair. No kettle or tea or coffee. The en suite was tiny, I’m a size 10 and struggled, so any one larger, wouldn’t manage. I suppose the price reflects the standard. However, the staff were accommodating and brought me a hairdryer ( non in the room). I would say this is a no frills hotel snd extremely basic, but if you’re only sleeping there, then it does the job!

Terrible hotel. Dirty, smelly, unwelcoming. Hairs on the bed sheets, old museum ticket from previous guest on the nightstand and the room smelled damp. And there was no one to complain to as the front desk was not busy, not at 6pm when we arrived, not later, not at 10am when we left the next day. Check-in was done on a machine. Another guest couldn't find the room despite being given the card key from the machine, and for other guests who arrived at 10pm, the machine reported that the "room wasn't ready" as they desperately tried to find someone at the phone number written on the front desk.

Check-in was complicated, there was nobody at the reception and the self check-in machine said my room was not ready yet (at 7 PM!!). I had to wait some 20 minutes for the receptionist to call me back and explain how to get into my room. When I got there, the door of my room was open and the light was on. There were cameras all over the corridors. It didn't feel very safe. Next door, someone was vomiting violently, and in another room, I could hear someone shouting on the phone. It didn't feel very safe so I didn't stay the night.
