No written instructions on anything in the room, with advice to use the phone to call reception about any query or need. Sounds good- Only the phone was not connected! We asked two different receptionists to fix it and both told us to use our mobile. In other words phone the hotel from my UK data allowance… The hotel had just had a complete 6 mth refurbishment but the wood was splintered on the sliding wardrobe doors, electric socket in the bathroom was blocked by a fixed glass shelf, there was no ventilation other than to open the french doors onto the balcony. Tea & coffee facilities but no milk, not even UHT was provided. We were told to go to the bar for a jug of fresh milk, no room service? The pool was mainly designed for relaxing in not for exercise, we would have liked more space to actually swim.

Amazing location, the terrace bar is fabulous and has the best selection of food in the hotel ( but only available at lunchtime) and friendly staff. The outside infinity pool is a fun place to relax in whatever the temperature as its really hot and the steam room was good. The coast path walk into Dinard is wonderful and well worth doing in the other direction too

Our room was smaller than we thought; sea view angled and not worth the extra money. The bar/restaurant staff need training and experience.

New renovation is beautiful. Fitness center should be open earlier and kept cooler, but it is complete.

Low ceilings .. felt like a holiday camp.. or the inside of an Old cruise liner ..bland breakfast.. Indoor sauna tiny .. gym..

The sockets seem to only work when the main lights are on, so not able to charge phone over night. Some parts of the hotel have not been renovated yet like the hammam and sauna. Breakfast is expensive and not included.

They ask 23 € per day if you have a dog but it’s not clear for which services. In the Restaurant and breakfast area (except for terraces) they cannot enter.

Restaurant isn't good as a 4S level. Bar service isn't good as a 4S level. Actually there is only very nice and kind waiter (the Italian one). Swimming pools and SPA are a bit old style. Not acceptable for a 4S to have not available the baggage service at 10 am.

Stunning view from the room and from the rooftop for breakast and bar. Location very good to reach Dinard downtown and through the walk on the beach.

Waited one hour after agreed checkin time of 16:00 before room was available- cleanliness of room, especially bathroom was poor. Overall the room decor was “tired”.

A real Thalasso and Spa hotel. Rooms and facilities were great. Service and staff very nice and responsive to questions and got back with quick answers. Well situated next to St Malo. We would have loved to stay longer.

The kettle in the bedroom was old and could be changed, the swimming pool area could do with à bit of work, paint, etc...it doesn't have the 4 stars feeling.

Fantastic location and view from the bar terrasse, being able to bring our dog and be all together on the terrasse for breakfast ! Thanks to Marc from the reception for being so accommodating at check in, all the staff was lovely, it was overall à very Nice expérience

We needed to upgrade our room that resulted in higher price for a smaller room however with the see view.

Intermittently, there was a truly horrible smell in the toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to do much. Dogs are apparently welcome in the hotel, which is not a problem in itself, but one was left unattended in a nearby room and it barked incessantly between 11pm and 12:00am, which was not fun. The pools area is quite large but not very attractive and it gets very busy. There was no 'proper' (ie English Breakfast!) tea available at breakfast.

Our 'partial sea view' room had a great sea view. The room was attractive and well appointed (particularly good lighting). The hotel location is fab, by the coastal path, above a lovely beach and within easy walking distance to Dinard's town centre. The breakfast buffet was very varied and plentiful.

size of the swimming pools. can’t really swim only duck stuff. breakfast was intended to be high level but finally too expansive to me.

the sea view is exceptional. our room was equipped with a little kitchen that makes you independent related to meals. you have the Spa and it was available at that time.

The room, especially the bathroom was dirty in the corners by the tiles and smelled a bit. Spiderweb visible in the room. It’s a great property but more time need to be invested in the cleaning and upkeep. The pool area was dark (why frosted glass so you can’t see the amazing view outside?) and weird that you had to go through the gym to access the terrace outside.

Fantastic ocean view location, excellent breakfast buffet with fresh oysters, free easy access parking. Comfortable bed and bedding. Big shampoo/shower gel bottles.
