Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandNothing was bad. The entrance is shared with a restaurant and is a back alley. When you enter the apartment block the first floor is still under construction so is very much a building site. I can see how people would not like this but in my opinion that added to the fun and excitement. The entrance was 1 star you could stay but then as you go up the stairs and enter the apartment you are hit with 10 stars…so I feel the roughness of the entrance adds to the experience
This apartment is out of this world. It is so comfortable and is full of luxury. Everything has been thought of and literally the nicest place we have stayed. The bed is so comfortable and the bedding is extremely luxurious. I can’t wait to go back

The host was really friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located for seeing Perpignan. There are some fantastic places to eat nearby. The roof terrace was a nice place to sit in the evening. We didn’t use the sauna but did enjoy the jacuzzi. We hope to stay again soon

GermanyAttention all ! This is a scammer ! You will be waiting for a flat on the 4th floor with stairs in a ruined building. There will be no car park and a man with a google translator waiting for you. Don't be surprised that you will have to go to your solicitor to get a refund. My advice is to remove this place from bookings and never come back here again We did not stay in this room and turned back with 4 suitcases of 25kg each near the bad smelling courtyard of the "hotel"
