Some unexpected maintenance issues for the entire building - once again, hosts were very accommodating and problem solved through the situation.

Fantastic location, close go the central train station and major shopping street. Hosts were brilliant, helpful, and made every attempt to assist if needed. Good value for money given location and relatively large size of apartment.

Host was so reliable in providing all the infos that we needed. He states clear instructions and gave us recommendations as well. He made us also sure each day if we were doing okay or we needed any help.

We bought our own washing machine powder - it would have been great to have enough for just one wash - but this is a small niggle in a wonderful stay.

Brilliant location close to transport hub. Felt secure and safe. Wonderful lift. Great communication with owner. Comfortable bed in a great size studio. Great to have a washing machine.

Our host Bernard gave us such clear instructions on how to get to the studio, he gave us great tips on trips, and restaurants and followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The studio was very spacious and spotless, big walk in shower, plenty of hot water, big cozy bed, well equipped with everything you needed for a week stay and everything worked!!! Bernard our host left little treats in the fridge and there were a selection of Tea, coffee sugar, oil and vinegar which was very welcomed. The location was brilliant, metro right outside the door for going down to the old town, train station two minutes away great for going to Cannes, Monaco, ville- franche, Menton and Antibes. We would stroll to the train station in the late evening when it was less crowded at the machines and purchase our tickets for the following day. Great resturants locally had my first ever taste of Vietnamese food not far from the studio amazing food and so reasonable. Great place to stay in. 👍

Location was exceptional. Just like we were told, the tram was literally outside the front door. We were on the main street of Nice that lead down to the water. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dealing with the owner was always easy and fast responses. A great apartment. I hope we can come back to stay here again in the future.

Tv was so hard to navigate a Chanel ? Very bright in the morning as no curtain on kitchen.

The studio is quiet, even in the middle of the good mood of Nice. 2 min walk to the Railway and just in from of the tram line 1. Excellent connection to the Airport. The host has provided good guidance for places to visit and restaurants!

The location was perfect. Close to the train station and trolley, right on the main thoroughfare. A large bathroom and comfortable bed.

Would of liked a sofa to sit on in the evenings, this is the only comment I could mention but saying that there is probably no room to place a sofa in the apartment.

Excellent location, in the main busy shopping street, not too far from the old town and about a 15 minute to the water front. Great communication from the host, easy to gain access to the property. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift in an old building which is maintained to a high standard. The room has everything you need besides a sitting area but does have a table and chairs. Very comfy bed and slept very well.

Strong smell due a cleaning process that had been undertaken in the wider building. However, I think this is a one off issue, rather than a regular occurrence.
