A little bit de-dusting would be not a bad idea. Breakfast could be also more diverse, not only croissants with orange juice and milk.

It is a lovely appartement in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, which is located close to subway and Saint Ambroise Cathedral. It has all facilities needed, including kitchen to cook, as eating out in Paris could be quite expensive.

The walls are quite thin, so it was a bit loud, and the bed was not very comfortable. I am not tall, but my feet were left hanging. The wifi also only worked in the main room and was quite slow.

Very conveniently located, within walking distance to the metro. It is not in a touristy area, which was nice. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible. They provided us with a nice breakfast, and everything was there.

Beautiful apartment, in a great location. A quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance from many landmarks. The hosts are fantastic, checking in and out was super easy and very accommodating with arrival and departure time.

The only aspect in which i think it could be improved is the wifi coverage, an access point from the router or a powerline would be ideal to amplify the wifi coverage in the loft.

There was a small kitchen where one could prep meals, together with a washing machine, a bathroom, a small hallway and the main room where the bed and a sofa are located. TV was very big and we used it mostly to stream some content during evening after a long day. The location is also near the metro line 3 (Rue Saint Maur & Parmentier stations) and line 9 (Saint Ambroise) which offer quite good connection options to visit most places in Paris. Breakfast was very good, delivered in a small basket each morning at the doorway around 8:00am. It contained milk, a fruit juice and fresh pastry (most times still warm) from a neighbourhood bakery.

Stefania was most hospitable, the space of the apartment was larger than it looked on the website. It was very quiet and we were able to sleep with the double windows wide open.

Everything was excellent. The appliances, comfort, quietness, superb location (5 minutes to 2 Metro stops, Parmentier and Saint-Ambroise), cleanliness and fantastic communication with our host Stefania from start to finish. There is also a lift up to the second floor where this apartment is located and it is spacious. WiFi was good and you can access your Netflix on the large smart TV. This is a rare and outstanding choice in Paris and we would stay here again without thinking twice.

Very spacious, in quiet neighbourhood near metro and city center. Clean and nice equipment. Handmade book with tips for trips and restaurants, very useful! Breakfast served in stylish basket, delicous fresh pastry, orange fresh, butter and homemade jams. The house lady was very helpful and pleasant.

The owners were so helpful and answered questions promptly. They booked us a taxi on strike day to get us to the airport. The property was a good size for Paris and very clean and well equipped.

perfect location, many restaurants and bars nearby. metro 5 mins away the flat is super clean and it has everything you need! the breakfast was the icing on the cake! we love every single detail! highly recommended!

The apartment is in an older building, so the noise isolation is not ideal, but nothing dramatic.

Great location, a fully equipped comfortable apartment and a great and welcoming host Stefania. Every morning you get a basket with delicious breakfast in front of the door. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

We visited Paris for our anniversary and this apartment was the jewel of our trip. It is located in a nice area, with several options for eating out at a good price. We were received by the owner, who goes out of her way to make your experience better. Breakfast, left every morning in a basket outside the apartment, is the final touch for a perfect stay. Having visited Paris several times in the past, I highly recommend this apartment.

There were no drawbacks that we could think of.

The location is close to the center of Paris, but not to close. There are multiple cafés en restaurants around the corner of the street that you stay. Also several grocery shops if you dont want to go out for diner. Although we highly recommend it since the restaurants are generaly very good. A metro station to the center is also nearby. If your a tourist you can easily buy a ticket for 2 of 3 days and enjoy Paris that way. The apartment has plenty of room, a nice kitchen and a good clean shower/bathroom. The kitchen has plenty to offer if you like to make your own meal. The bed is really good and is located in the livingroom. The livingroom also has a large television and a comfortable couch to hang out after a long day in Paris. We had no noise at all from the other people living in the building and since the apartment is located on the back side of the building also no noise from the city, except maybe an occasional ambulance going by. Our hosts were absolute lovely and helpfull people. We would highly recommend this booking!!!
