Walking up to the property after dinner was a nightmare, it’s steep and icy and a hard workout

Great views from the rooms with balconies. Comfy beds, friendly staff, easy ski in ski out & bus facility runs until about 7pm into Montalbert centre. Nothing really wrong with the hotel but due to the location / address being incorrect on booking.com it effected my trip as I was visiting friends who were staying in the village itself, see google maps for accurate location

This is a family hotel so there are lots of kids around. Don’t go here for a quiet afternoon at the pool. Also the room was quite warm (admittedly during the July heatwave) and we brought our own ventilator.

Modern room, easy parking, beautiful views of mountains, pool to cool off. Personnel was friendly and accommodating. Great restaurant (with great pizzas and other dishes) at a 15 minute walk down the mountain. I personally wouldn’t go for the all inclusive.

Couldn’t ski straight from hotel as snow melted...but that’s the risk when you go later in season.

Hotel is renovated, but some things were forgotten. Dinner was served mostly cold. Wine

Breakfast was good, snack always the same (cake and croissant). Staff super friendly. Hotel is next to the lift, but a bit difficult to reach. When you are a beginner is is really hard to get to the lift.

rooms are too small and windows don’t open slightly… either fully closed or fully open ,,,problem with having it fully closed its too hot and if you open it all the insects in the mountains find shelter in your room

I didn't like struggling to get a refund for an all inclusive bar bill of 30EUR. My 14 year old daughter & I were never going to get value from the bar bill. At first it was no, no no to getting a refund. Then I had to mention that I was very unhappy before a refund was offered for a payment that was made 20 minutes before. This experience completely spoilt my nights accommodation Poor view out of the window.from the accommodation. Pre-registration via Booking COM app difficult as the link would not copy & paste nor would did the code to enable pre-registration work on my android mobile. I am sure if I had a pc with me it might have worked. Location was OK but Google map location was a long way out..For downhill mountain biking at La Plagne it wasn't a great location but would be ok for skiing.

Clean rooms, & laundry, Comfortable beds & bedding. Clean buffet, dining area & public hotel areas. unheated swimming pool has great view. Good dinner & breakfast but pricey. Internet ready TV unfortunately would not connect to WiFi to use some of the functionality. Good quality wi-fi.

the fire alarms was in front of my room and was going of for 10 minutes before 07:00AM. so an extra early start of the day with pain in my ears. The staff did not mention anything about the alarm

The restaurant. It's a big dining room that lacks a nice atmosphere. We were very disappointed by the quality of the food, especially the diner. Dry chicken, dry fish. Burned rice. The ham in honey thyme sauce was delicious though. Limited choice, often empty bowls or cold food. It feels like there is no love in the preparation of the food nor its presentation. Breakfast is OK but nothing more than that.The terrace is great for late afternoon drinks after skiing but lacks atmosphere and needs more attention.

Friendly and welcoming check in. The room was small but comfortable. Recently renovated. Great shower but unfortunately wet bathroom floor each time you use the shower. Comfortable bed. Ski in & Out is great but only for experienced skiers when slopes get icy. For beginners its just a short walk to the gondola. Cosy bar with open fire place. Friendly staff, especially Gaelle (restaurant host and reception) and Avedis (bar). In-house ski rental with great staff. Free parking in front of the door.
