The apartment was not very clean.

Fine for a stay over during travels. Comfy apartment with all necessary things for a family of four. Spacious. The beds were fine.

The staff at the reception, particularly one staff was really rude and made faces when I was talking to her and wouldn’t even respond to me. It was really disrespectful and disappointing when it was my first time in Paris with my family. Apart from the staff, the hotel is good and stay was good as well.

It is close to the CDG airport, about 10 minutes by drive.

A clean, comfy and spacious argument. Located handy to the airport and had on- site parking at an affordable cost. Kitchen facilities were handy as we ate in.

The hotel is abit secluded, even the uber driver wasn’t sure on how to get there. There was quite loud music playing out of one apartment after mid night. The whole thing felt abit airy. The bathroom always had a faint smell of tobacco which is strange because you’re not allowed to smoke. The actual rooms are big & spacious, modern too. The kitchen units (just above the worktops) were not very clean (there were splash marks of coffee) & the bathroom wasn’t very clean either (there’s a radiator right next to the toilet which had many different coloured stains on it, the sides of the floor & basin were abit dusty/dirty)

The sofa bed had dirty sheets and a dirty tissue in it.we had to call reception for clean sheets. The central air never worked. There were fans in the room instead. A cot was requested, but never provided. Breakfast a little overpriced, egg machine wasn't working, some items weren't available.

Location was perfect, rooms were large, airy, with modern decor, lots of pillows, comfy beds, , the kitchenette was a great add-on, the hotel was quiet and safe. Very close to the airport, but no noise from airplanes.

I expected much more, I had to ask to change rooms because the first one they gave me had stains and tears on the sofa bed and the condition of the studio apartment was not up to par! Also, the air conditioning units don’t work in majority of the rooms. Which was communicated to me when I went to enquire about this for the second time. You need to pay a holding deposit to use the iron. They don’t have mops in the apartment, which make it difficult to maintain the daily cleaning for ourselves.

The staff were okay and helpful. The location was not bad at all. The studio apartment , was okay.

Overall cleanliness was not great. No photos or any decorations anywhere in the room. Made it feel very clinical. Air conditioning was not working. Shower valve was broken. And glasses in the kitchen were dirty. Sofa looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Bed felt like plywood board...not luxurious at all.

Although it was clean, the bathroom needs a refresh.

This hotel is located within minutes from Aéroport Charles de Gaulle. It was perfectly located for the night before our departure. We were pleased with the space - bigger than what we expected. There are a local restaurants located in the City Center; within a 10-minute walk. Parking is available either inside (more expensive) or outside (less expensive).

shower hot water seems a little problem, it supports one and half person which means the 2nd person will get not enough warm water to have shower. beside this, all is ok.

We had included and paid for a room with the breakfast option; however, the hotel refused breakfast to the guests. When the reservation form was checked, we were surprised to find that the final booking had not included the breakfast option.

No cleaning! Poor breakfast, so avoid it. It is a refugees hotel.

Supposedly an airport hotel, advertising shuttle transfers. When we got there they say 'oh no the website is out of date, we don't do that anymore. Book your own taxi or uber.' That cost 54 euros to go 4km in a large car at 5am. Also front receptionist was completely uninterested in helping anyone with anything. Couldn't speak a word of English but it didn't matter as she was also uninterested in helping French speakers too. We asked for a particular bed set up which was ignored. Also my shoes were stolen from the halfway where i left them for 5 minutes. Cool.
