Really beautiful place - we stayed in an enormous and very comfortable suite, with fantastic facilities. Stephanie was so welcoming, the breakfast amazing, and we loved the privacy of the room.

. The only 'niggles' were that the breakfast room felt unattended at times (too few staff?) so crockery, milk etc was not replenished and the sachets if coffee (no milk) appeared to be at a premium however, these are 'niggles ' the setting and rooms are Beautiful, the staff were lovely and we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous little town and although the hotel does not serve dinner during the week, there are some excellent restaurants close by which reception happily reserve for you. The town is well worth exploring with little shops hidden around and if you can make the walk up to to castle ruins, the view is stunning.

It’s just so perfect that it is beyond words! I like everything there: -The great host: Renaud and Camille just gave you that kind of family-like warm feelings besides their excellent service! -The location is unbelievably great, too! You could walk in all directions easily! So centered that I found it’s actually in the very center of the town in a postcard! -The unique combination of the classic presentation and the modern technology: you are staying in a real castle-like old place, but you can use the “one key for all” to access the parking, the gate, the elevator and the room! -The breakfast is very delicate with quality food, and the dinning room is beautiful with good views. What else do you want if they offer you more than you expect?

Our 2 Magnetic keys not working at 3AM, forced to call the security guy in the middle of the night to access our room. Guy came over rapidly, however he did not apologise for the inconvenience

aside from the lady on reception the staff were extrêmely unfriendly. they have 24 hour reception line and say ‘call anytime’ however when we called around 11:30pm to ask for the wifi we were told ‘you should of thought about that earlier’ not the best approach to customer service. the attitude ruined our stay.

Dirty toilet. Higher price. Door was not very safe to lock at night. Also no night concierge had to open 2 gates before getting in to the car park.

The room was ok but not as advertised. Toilet were not cleaned properly (dirty) when we arrived and had to wait a while before check in in. It was a bit expensive for what it was advertised for. The surending is very lovely and relaxing plenty of parking near room and lovely toiletry left in room with nice smell.
