I think there is room for improvement concerning the bathrooms.

The staff was really nice, the bed really confortable and the price and localization was a great deal!

Nothing honestly, I liked the genuine experience we had in Royal wagram. The elevator is really small so if you are bringing a big suitcase it may be a problem but the staffs are really nice. You can even leave your big items downstairs like our baby's stroller because everything are small including the hallway which is expected and normal in Paris.

I really love the location of this hotel. They are located near a bus stop, train line and metro line. Everything is accessible. There are groceries and restaurants that are already walking distance. At first I was hesitant to book the hotel because it was along a street because I want a quiet place but I when we got there, the street where it is located is very quiet and safe. There are no cars passing by. The place is very clean and the staffs are really very nice!

Location good. Near to bus station, metro and train. Not so far from Arch de Triumph. Near a lot of bars and cafes. Quiet . In the room you’ll find everything what you need. In the property you can order a breakfast.

There is no on-premises car park, car park separately charged which was not clear at the time of booking. The off site car park is 5mnts away drive, down 3 basements - congested, spoiled my rear windshield while parking. While the rooms were reasonably clean the corridors and the tiny only lift was smelly.

The location, was closeby to the M14 station which helped to go around Paris.

The rooms were quite noisy. You could hear people arguing next door from us and slamming doors quite late at night. This isn’t anything about the property though, just something that happened at the time.

The staff were really friendly at the property and remembered us when we came in each night. It did the job we needed and allowed us to sleep well. It was easily accessed by the metro which was a 5 minute walk. The rooms were clean and served the purpose of sleeping there as we were out all day.

The pillows on the bed were yellow with other people's sweat. The pillow cases were not even changed whilst I was there. The room was so small. The shower was small, I kept banging myself.

I liked the area the hotel was in. It was pretty quiet, though there were renovations opposite.

The staff are very kind, at our arrival we already feel that we are comfortable, close to the metro station so everything is not in a hurry, we have a wonderful stay especially we love that there is a park near by for our son, he is very happy

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were normal for Paris and everything was spotless. 24 hour reception is a nice touch when travelling solo. Fantastic location- a quick walk to Parc Monecau with loads of metro stops to get anywhere in Paris - although I'd actually recommend the walk as its really beautiful if you have the time.

To much noises at night as windows are not double glazed,not to clean carpet in the room Toilets are so small that u cant fit in them, Mornings are noisy as u can hear the next room everything they say, Sheets and pillows dirty and old, Beds are small and i dont call that a double bed at least not for me, 8 euro to eat breakfast is to much, 2 euro 1 bottle of water is to much, The reception some of the guys need to speak better english as most of yhe clients speaks english not french, So it total the hotel is like a rat house but its worth comparing to other hotels in paris
