Room - the room was fine but there was a lot of noise for the room above on the third night. We asked reception about this and it did improve slightly the 4th night, Location - there were homeless people sleeping outside the opposite building

The lift does not stop exactly at the ground floor, so you have to walk up or down about 5 steps with your luggage.

Very clean, the decor, the space and all in a studio suitable as a kitchen, large wardrobes, large round table.

I missed my first day flight and came the second day, I booked for 2 days. because it was a late check in, the instruction was good to get the key card, here is the interesting thing: the card doesn’t work, and I tried to call the emergency number, no answer, this is not acceptable at all! mid night I had no where to go

Overall the staff was exceptionally rude (like everyone in Toulouse), only one person was nice to us. No toilet paper, no change of towels, no mosquito nets (we had several bites). Our room were full of dirt and bugs were on the bed every night. Oh, and it’s not a hotel, it’s an apartment, don’t let the name fool you!

Cancelled the reservation before check in so we had no place to stay at for the night. App said check-in until 22:00. When we arrived at 21:45 no one was there and our reservation was apparently cancelled. Which it didn't show in the app.

Most staff was helpful. The person that checked us in was a very cheerful helpful your lady . Only one person was short and unhelpful . They did warn me in advance that there was no AC in the room . So I was prepared for the heat . I’m glad they tell you in advance . It gets hot in the room so be ready. Also be aware they have an extra cleaning fee if you don’t clean the kitchen and put away the dishes . Never saw that before.

Location was great . They gave us an upgrade .That was nice .

Wi-fi could be faster. For me it wasn't important but maybe someone will need faster internet.

Good localisation in a quiet street, very easy acces from the airport, close to the main attractions. No problem with late arriving (after reception working hours), I received an email with clear instructions how to get to the room. Big, clean room. Very kind personel, we could leave our luggage at the reception after check out. I can strongly recomend.

Reception staff gave me the wrong room first - I have ordered a room with a balcony/terrace. I had to go back to reception and demand them to change my room to the one I paid for. The rooms are very dirty and kitchen appliances and utensils are also very dirty.

Oven and kitchen available for cooking food. Good location.

It doesn't really look like the pictures and the corridor smelled very strongly like cooking which was unpleasant coming in and out.

The water pressure was really good and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Overall it was a good location and okay for the price.

Room was in a very poor condition, some lights and/or light switches out of order, shower had no door/separation or curtain, water faucet wasn't holding open unless you put it full power. Luckily we stayed just one night.

Location is perfect in every sense, quiet but close to all important spots, from eating out and shopping to monuments and historical attractions. Great and simple connection to airport. Staff on reception was friendly.

The room was not clean. There was grass and debris in the shower drain when I arrived. The sponge in the kitchen was very old. There are no glasses for drinking water, just a small espresso cup. One light in the bathroom was broken so I had to get ready every morning in the dark room. It was very hot when I was in Toulouse and the fan in the room was very old so it was incredibly loud. The headboard for the bed was falling apart. The immediate neighborhood around the hotel is not good if you're traveling alone. I am a woman and was there alone for a conference. There are homeless people all over near the hotel so I didn't feel safe walking home at night.

It was easy to walk to "downtown" Toulouse. The airport tram is 5 minutes walk. The room was quite large for European standards. The bed was comfortable. Closet was spacious.

We liked all the facilities and that the kitchen was well stocked so we could be creative in cooking our own meals. The shower was excellent and the bathroom roomy, the beds very comfortable with a good space for the additional seating and dining area. We liked that our family were in adjacent rooms and this made it so easy. The reception staff were so helpful: we arrived on the sleeper train at 7am and they kindly let us into the rooms early to leave our luggage in spite of not being booked in until later. It was excellent value for money especially with a large family of 6 adults. We highly recommend this hotel!

NO AIR CONDITIONING. Didn’t realize at time of booking. 1 bedroom apt at 130 € was very stuffy. Carpets in the corridor were smelly. At first I thought it was cigarettes but possibly electrical burning.

We didn’t have breakfast on the premises.
