Bathroom sink was slightly clogged. No tea towels provided. Inputting code twice every day is a bit cumbersome, would be nice to get a key/card.

The room was very clean and well kept with large windows letting light pour through. This was a perfect room for my 5 night stay and I would highly recommend the neighborhood for anybody looking to experience Paris as a local

Good location, near great eateries, small supermarkets, laundromat. 2km walk from Eiffel Tower, rail and tour bus. Room had fridge, kitchenette, coffee machine. Room was just adequate in size as we had 2 large suitcases with us. The neighbourhood felt very safe.

Main drawback was that my room was on the ground floor with a window overlooking an inner courtyard. The view was not very nice and need to keep curtains closed to have some privacy. Kitchen utensils were a bit limited (no bowls for cereal), but otherwise clean and ok. Oh... and WAY too many e-mails received from Sonder who run this hotel. Before, during, after it does not stop.

Excellent location in quiet residential area, only 5 minute walk from Metro. Decent size room, good coffee machine, comfortable bed, modern decor.

We did not know how to turn heat on and room was cold. The last night person came and showed us how to turn it on. The previous person didn’t know how nor did cleaning staff.

The location was in a residential area— very nice, but not near any tourist attractions. I thought the price was high— maybe because I had to book last minute on a weekend.

Very clean— comfortable. AC worked perfectly. This small kitchen area was well equipped — great coffee maker. There is some luggage storage and a friendly person at the lobby desk. Great view of the park across the street from our room. This place exceeded my expectations. Walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store.

Not keen with the online check in system- it didn’t work for me so I had to call to sort it out before arriving. Even though there is supposed to be staff on-site I only saw someone once briefly. My room door wouldn’t close when I arrived and no staff to help so I had to phone the remote support team. The lights in the bathroom weren’t working neither was the safe - again no staff on-site to speak to about it! On check out I left my luggage stored in the luggage area (as I was told over the phone I could) and when I came back to pick it up to depart Paris I couldn’t get into the building and had to make yet another call to the support team ( who to be fair were very helpful but it’s just a real pain!).

Great location in a quiet residential area and 5 mins to metro or easy walk to many attractions. Nice modern well equipped room and very clean. Comfy bed! Good local amenities.

Our room was not what we selected and booked, but the friendly staff on site bent over backwards to change us to the room we were expecting. Very grateful.

Lovely place to stay - our window overlooking the cutest Parisienne park. Quiet. Clean and tidy. 30 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, easy to catch the metro or bus close by. Enjoyed our stay.

If you are staying here, make sure you don't get an apartment on the ground floor. Various staff members sitting right next to the ground floor rooms were talking very loudly on the phone late into the night (even after midnight) and also very early in the morning (starting at 5 am!). It was annoying and disturbed our sleep many times.
