the Location was excellent, breakfast was amazing and the room was very very comfortable with absolutely everything you would need including extra little gifts for us and for our 2 Yorkshire terriers. The products they use for the breakfast is very local and amazing quality. The staff make you feel like you are the most important guest staying there

The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was generously proportioned and well equipped with a full service kitchen which made snacks and libations a relaxing feature of the stay. The location was close to the main railway station and the tram service that provides full access to downtown Nice.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped but still needed a bit of renovation, for example one lamp next to the bed was not working, the lights on the bathroom mirror etc.but overall these were the minor things compared to the hospitality and care of the hosts.

Location and hospitality. The location was perfect just 5 minutes walk from the jean medicine avenue and 10-15 minutes walk from the old town and main touristic attractions, so actually you don't need any transportation to explore the city. The host Ms.Corrina was extremely kind and nice and we really felt like we were at home, we especially enjoyed our breakfast and the best orange juice:)!

Our apartment in Maison LaMartine was gorgeous, sun-kissed, extremely spacious and beautifully designed. The delightful surprise for us was that it’s an incredibly well-managed hotel. But what took the cake were the staff led by Julian and his efficient, able team. Through their small but significant kindnesses, they truly renewed my faith in humanity. A nicer and kinder team, a hotel was never managed by. Wish you guys great happiness and success.

We had a warm welcome and shown to our room on the first floor. The room was large, quite and comfortable. The hotel is aproximately 500m walk from the station and relatively close to a number of activities. The reception staff were fiendly and welcoming.

As 2 single females, it felt a bit unsafe to walk back from the promenade to the hotel in some of the streets. But I’m sure if you catch a tram or bus, that would be fine.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and felt very comfortable after walking around all down and travelling. If you can get a view of the Main Street, the building opposite had beautiful architecture. The staff sent me WhatsApp messages to keep in touch and were so lovely! You don’t need a key to enter the building/your room, so that was really easy. Easy walk to train station for lots of day trips.

The room was spotless. The bed linen was excellent quality and the bed was very comfortable. There was very good water pressure in the shower. The location was perfect. The main attractions were all within a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and variety. The staff, led by Corina, were superb. Their service was exceptional. They were so attentive, helpful, efficient, and welcoming. This is a real gem of a place to stay.

A lot of lightbulbs didn’t work. It was about a 15-20 min walk to the promenade so a bit long.

Great spacious apartment. Nice old old feel to the building and outlook to a beautiful building over the road.
