Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe kitchenette is a little small and the fridge was leaking. The bathroom tiles were damaged although it was explained to us that they were awaiting repair. Communication was a little slow through the app and we didn’t realise that we were able to arrive early and use the lobby.
A beautiful appartment in a great location. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself was a generous size and well presented with lovely French windows and balconette.

AustraliaThe shower/bath had a screen that didn’t seal to the top of the bathtub so water would get all over the floor. The bathroom door was warped and hard to open/close and there was beginning to be mould build up in the bathroom, with no fan and the window would open but face the other units while you’re in the shower.
The room was bright and big, with a little kitchenette. Coffee and tea were really good that were supplied. The air conditioning worked well and the shutters made it very dark in the room to sleep in. Bed was comfy.
