Breakfast, adequate and ok if staying for a short time, but range of food on offer sometimes absent (empty containers) and if staying for more than a week , a little boring.

Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, close to airport and public transportation, evening restaurant convenient, sauna and small gym with pool, a really good size room with kitchen & dining area. Comfortable sized bathroom. Access to good coffee/ok hot chocolate in reception area 24/7, access to three elevators.

Nothing not to like. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening during our stay (weekend), but there were other options not too far. (And the sauna was out of action during our stay as well, but that's no doubt temporary)

Great communication prior to arrival and a super warm and friendly welcome, so we liked the place right away. Spacious and quiet room, with everything we needed. We appreciated that in addition to the kettle in the room, there was a coffee machine in the lobby available to guests as well. Good breakfast selection, and enough restaurants within walking distance. We were also allowed a later check out on request, which we really appreciated as well.

The bar and dinner restaurant are closed at the weekend - very frustrating

Small leak in shower door means water gets onto bathroom floor.

The reception staff (we had interactions with three reception staff) were exceptional. very friendly and helpful, polite and professional. The room is large and the bed and pillows very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking / heating up. Good shower. Breakfast is very good with the usual items you expect in a 4 star hotel. We chose this place primarily due to proximity to Tesla supercharger plus they accept pets. Be very happy to return.

The staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful, the rooms very spacious and clean and the facilities very enjoyable. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone, either just driving by or visiting Toulouse as it’s very close to the city center.

The swimming pool was not open. No restaurant Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

The lift from the car park was unavailable had to drag our luggage up a set of circular stairs and through a series of iron gates

Breakfast was disappointing. Arrived with 10min to closing and the attitude in particular of one of the staff who was serving was appalling and harraassing to rush us to finish and refused to cook. This needs to be addressed urgently as customer service is everything.

Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. A huge thank you!! Lovely room and very spacious and comfortable.

I had breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel. Food was OK, not exceptional. Location was poor - no shuttle from the airport, somewhat far from the airport but also far from the city center. The taxi driver didn't know where it was and just drove me around and around. The taxi cost me 40EU. It seemed on my second trip (April 25-26) there was an airport shuttle. The surrounding area had few amenities - restaurants were closed in the evening, there was someone who seemed to be inebriated in the immediate area, food market didn't have many selections.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was terrible: A. The heating did not work, they had to bring us a noisy portable electric heatting machine… B. They did not clean the room neither change towels, not what you are expecting from a Marriot. If you wanted your room cleaned you aparentlly had to pay 30€ extra per day C. We where woken up at the middle of the night with the fire alarm. Aparentlly some guest where smoking and woke up all the building

Great welcome as always, felt like coming home. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. Rooms have everything you need, especially when staying a few days. Close to trams and walkable to quite a few aerospace buildings, as well as next door to a supermarket.
