Not much Room did not have a rubbish bin - had to drop rubbish in bins on ground floor. A little inconvenient but do-able Bathroom shower water pressure difficult to adjust

It's an apartment hotel so I get that some amenities should come from us but I found it disappointing they couldn't provide a dental kit for those who were staying short term. Breakfast was very minimal but okay to start the day. When I first checked in, my room was amazing but the window could not be closed, so it was noisy as it overlooked the street. HOWEVER, the staff immediately gave me a new room on a higher floor which was very quiet. Thank you!

Directly opposite Gare Matabiau (train station) , super convenient. Super clean and staff were very accommodating. Safe for solo female traveller. Mini supermarket right next to hotel, but not 24h. Easy 8min walk into town centre. 15-20min drive to Blagnac Airport!

This hotel fully met our expectations. The location near the train station and very close to the center was very convenient. The hotel as an apartment is very convenient.

The television had only 1 English-speaking channel, and the sports channels were locked. The shower was located inside a high-sided bath which made safe access difficult. The curtains were falling off the track in places.

We were travelling by train, so the location across from the railway station was very handy. The city was easy accessible by foot or metro.

There were a cigarette smell in the bedroom.

the room is spacious, bed comfortable and very friendly staff. Also, while the area is very noisy (just front of the train station), the insulation is great. No noise at all when the windows are closed.

Bathroom sink clogged - reported it, but no one fixed it for the whole week I was there. Rooms 904 & 905 are close to the spa technical room and I could hear some noise coming from there. Same lauzy breakfast every morning and the space they serve breakfast is under dimensioned for the hotel guest capacity.

There was no room cleaning during our 4 day stay and we asked for clean towels on day 3 as we had been doing a lot of walking and were sweaty. We were told it would be 15 e to have clean towels so we declined as we feel it should be worked into the original price.

It's very well located across the road from rail and bus station. Very easy walking distance to city centre. Very good continental breakfast selection.comfortable rooms .

Excellent location right across Gare de Toulouse-Matabiau, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. They can assist in storing your luggage too if you’re early for check-in. Nice size room with kitchen facilities..

I had requested a wheelchair-accessible room but when we arrived at the hotel I was booked in for a normal double room. We had to stay in the standard room on the first night but switched the following day. We wheelchair-accessible bathroom was very good in the accessible room, which was also a good bit bigger and therefore easier for the wheelchair to get around.

Very convenient for rail and bus station - just across the road. Good security. Good choice of breakfast items. Jacuzzi much appreciated after long day's journey. The euro deposit which had to be by credit card (so sterling card in my case) not my euro currency card, was only held - another establishment debited the amount in euros and then refunded it in euros with customer paying conversion fees and commission both ways.
