The Olympics were about to happen which made travel to spots other than the Eiffel Tower take a lot more time given all of the closed roads.

Seeing the Eiffel Tower from the room was the main reason we booked this place, and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely amazing.

Minor: Reception was closed before 7 pm, if I recall correctly. When I wanted to ask when the breakfast basket was delivered, I should wait until the reception was open at 8:30. *Given all pros, this is more of a reminder for future visitors to check any question while the reception is open. :-)

Amazing view of the effel tower. Clean and safe area. This apartment made our trip in Paris very special! Definitely recommend. Spacious apartment. Kind staff! Also liked the breakfast basket!! My daughter loved this apartment and wanted to come back. Good that there was a reception.

From the moment we arrived, the lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our unit was absolutely breathtaking, adding a magical touch to our trip. The location of the residence is prime, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The unit itself was clean and spacious, providing us with all the comforts of home. It was the perfect base for our adventures in the city.

My fiancé and I (traveling with another couple) booked the 3 bedroom apartment for our final night in Paris. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to the penthouse and all I can say is WOW! If you are looking for breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, look no further. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were all sad that we only had one night to take in the magical views. It was the perfect finale to a perfect trip!

Nothing - this place is utterly perfect.

The Residence Charles Floquet is so much more than the photos or maps identifier!! This property sits right by the base of the Eiffel Tower which was visible from our room. The surrounding area is quintessential Paris. The living and dining room are super spacious and give you room to stretch out an relax. The bedrooms sit off a hallway and offer very good privacy. There are three well equipped bathrooms.

The apartment needed some maintenance - fresh paint, repairs to damage, etc. nothing major but I noticed a lot of minor issues.

This isn’t the apartment it’s self, but the transport company that they use is severely disappointing. We had a late night arrival flight that was previously disclosed to the company, and the apartment confirmed that with them prior to our arrival. Our plane was delayed by an hour. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and he drove us to the apartment. On arrival at the apartment, I then was told a 30€ higher price than previously agreed apon. (I had a confirmation of the quoted price in hand). When I asked the driver why the price increase, he just told me that it is what his boss told him. I told him I only had the amount of euro planned for the original price and his tip, so he offered the card reader. His card reader had no internet connection. I did pay him the extra requested, however I had no tip at this point. The next morning the apartment staff called the company. He was informed that the driver had to park due to our delay and they incurred a 30€ parking fee (while I can understand unexpected expenses, this was something that should’ve been disclosed during booking or at least before/during transport. We also had a reservation set up for transport two days later to go from the apartment to Gare De Lyon. I confirmed with the front desk the day before that my transport booking was confirmed and our departure time was 7:30, an hour before the reception opened. Our family was waiting outside the apartment at 7:15am. The transport company never showed. At 7:45, the reception staff came in and made a phone call for us. He then told us that The Pullman had taxis available ASAP. We walked to the next block were we were able to catch 2 taxis immediately for our party of 4 and luggage. The two taxis were 25€ cheaper than the transport company was going to charge us.

The staff was kind and courteous, very helpful and accommodating. The view from the apartment can’t be beat! Perfect view of the Eiffel Tower.
