We had a fire alarm that made a beep-sound every 60 seconds. Also in the headboard of the bed in my friends’ room had a camera in it. We didnt feel safe.

The location was fine, still a 15 minute walk next to a highway but the location next to the trainstation was good.

Not Standing outside for an hour trying to get in would have helped. The code for the safe to get a key for our room would have helped.

Lots of complaints on here but it does what it says on the tin! Somewhere to stay in a good location for the airport for a night before the flight. Our room was comfortable, had everything we needed and was clean. As long as you aren't staying here on your holidays, it's perfectly good for an airport hotel.

Bad AC unit (noisy), broken Shower, broken tap, stained wallpaper, tissues put in the ventilating unit in the window, roof leakage, no lighting ín the corridors a few times, ni wifi signal ön the room - only ön the corridors, the dryer was not working and they had no drying rack...

I was very disappointed with my stay. I did not receive the money for 2 weeks after I had left the hotel (I paid online then had to pay when I arrived) which was very frustrating. The water didn’t work in the morning. I was kept up all night with bugs flying around my bed. The smoke sensor was on the table not attached to the ceiling. Further, I got locked out in the morning with poor signage that led to me almost missing my flight. I am very disappointed.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and there was mold in all the corners of the bathroom.

We were quoted twenty euros to get to the airport only 1 I’m away. We’re meant to be picked by Adrien. Got picked up by a lady who forced us to pay 30 euros or she would raid us had to the hotel. A total rip of for 3 mn of driving. The facilities in the bathroom were run down

I had to find another hotel close by because I tried contacting the phone number, and nobody answered it and had to go to rent another place near by. I would like to get my money back. I contacted the helpdesk earlier and told them that I was arriving late and they sent me a link to paid. I did but when I arrived, couldn't get in, and nobody was answering the phone and did not get the codes to open the gates

Hallway smell of urine and cigarette smoke. Room too hot and noisy (air conditioning noise). Room had a collection of dead insects under the window and a few live insects inside the room.

The hotel is close to the airport( 2km) so the taxis refuse to take us there, but it still took us about 25 mins to get there on foot. And the route was sooo scary in the fields. The hotel stuff said there was no car to pick us up and the reception will be closed soon so we had to rush there after a long day of traveling. And the next morning, because we have to catch the early flight, they still can't provide us the shuttle.

Cleanness, amnesties, and facilities. Cannot state the general dissatisfaction and disappointment feeling that we’ve felt once we’ve checked-in - if there is ANY other option that you might have near Marseille Airport, take that other option. Please do not book this location with expectations, otherwise the shadows and claws of dismay will reach you faster than you would think. The outside gate is broken, and as we would find out eventually, for a good reason - broken as in the metal gate is almost thorn apart. We actually would share photos of what we’ve encountered, but people might not believe and it might consider that they’re manipulated.

The reception couldn't give an invoice for my institute. They promised that next day they will send it. I alredy wrote 3 times, no answer.

The key system was complicated, it was not clear which code unlocked what and the only reason we got into our room was that we were lucky enough to arrive at the same time as someone else who had received a text that we did not receive from the hotel explaining how to unlock the safe and which safe their keys were in,luckily ours were in the same safe. Otherwise there was a family of around 7 tourists who were locked outside of their room the whole night as they had not received a code for the safe and they had a different safe with a different code than ours. We tried to help them for about 2 hours, going through their emails and texts to see if they had received a code. Eventually, when I went downstairs to check on them again, they were still there and the father of the family had gone to search for somewhere else to stay as there is no one on call to help with the safe. If you want to use akey safe system for room keys be clearer and have a phone service for help. Otherwise have at least one member of staff on all night.

Air-conditioning, had an extra fan and close to the airport. Also the breakfast staff were friendly.
