Sadly, there is a major construction site next door. THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL’S FAULT, but the noise was incessant from 07:30 until 17:30…. All the local businesses (hotels, bars and restaurants) are suffering from noise pollution. In quieter times this would be a wonderful venue and location….

Unfortunately fire alarm went off at 0200 one night. It was a false alarm but nobody told us except another guest. Tap in basin leaked a bit. A fridge would have been nice in the room.

Rooms neat and clean.. Tea and coffee replenished every day. Reception very efficient to order taxis. Very well-situated for metro and good local shops. Helpful staff. Did not have breakfast but it looked good.

Great location for metro and local shops and restaurants. The reception was good. The room was well cleaned. Facilities for breakfast appeared to be good although we did not actually have breakfast. Taxi reservation service was efficient. Tea and coffee in the room replenished every day.

I prefer this hotel whenever I visit Paris. The location cannot be better. Very pleasant area. Close to several metro lines. And at the same time the hotel faces a quiet street. The hotel is very clean, which is not always the case in Paris. There is cattle in the room to make tea/coffee

The room was pretty small, with minimum storage, but that’s a common problem of Paris’ hotels

An exceptionally friendly and warm staff , perfect location on Grand Boulevards- with 20 minutes walk to Louvre or Opera Garnier, or Monmartre, rich breakfasts with eggs and porridge for €15 ( you can not find the same quality and quantity of food in local cafes), also exceptional cleanliness with bed linen changing every day

The family room was a very large suite (especially for Paris) and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very useful - with lots of eateries nearby, as well as the metro. Free wifi and USB charging points all very helpful.

Although I was given the wifi password for my room and I was able to connect to it, the signal was so low that it would drop every 2 minutes, not making it possible to use (for some late work for example). The smell coming out of the bathroom was also really bad (like really bad old pipes), and I had to have the door closed at all times. The smell was actually so bad on the first night that it woke me up in the middle of the night.

The location of the hotel was great (close to the center of Paris, bars and restaurants). The room itself was spacious and the staff was really nice.

though positioned as a 4*-hotel, some drawbacks have exhibited that this is not the case, The bath is narrow and a bit tired. The lobby is small and sometimes overcrowded. The corridors seem to tiny and extremely narrow. Noice can be heard from neighboring rooms.

The front desk staff was amazing! They helped set up sightseeings and gave cozy restaurant recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located to the northern train station - Gare de Nord - only 10 minutes by foot and other public transportation, `for example, a metro station is just behind the corner. In the very vicinity there are a lot of restaurants, and pubs. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel on mornings when we were running short on time, which was also very nice and convenient. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The safe in the room did not work and we stayed in two rooms in that hotel two times both rooms the safe was not fixed although I asked few times

The cushions and pillows on the bed were cheap and flimsy making it quite uncomfortable! The city tax we were told on our booking confirmation was significantly less than what we had to pay when we arrived at the hotel. The room is small but perfect for what we wanted!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located near a metro line and so easy to get around everywhere.

The safe was broken we were two times in the hotel in two different rooms and they were not working ,I complained I was told the maintenance is coming only twice a week .. Well we were a total of 4 days so where were they ?? For a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable

The Breakfast was very good lots of options with cheeses and many more . The location is ok not the greatest area but with the Metro you can get anywhere

The location was great. Great to get to & from Gare Du Nord if you’re travelling via Eurostar but it is also great if you fly like we did. It was a 15min walk to Gare Du Nord then 18 min train ride straight to Charles Du Gaulle airport. The location of the hotel was easy to get to all the main attractions via Metro or walking. The staff were so friendly & very helpful. The room was a nice size, clean & cozy. Overall, I would definitely stay at Hotel Regina Opera Grands Boulevards again. Thank you
