Nothing, really.

This is a small hotel in a quiet and central neighbourhood. It has been very recently refurbished and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I had a very cheap one person room (with toilets on the landing) on the 5th floor, and it was very clean, surprisingly roomy with a beautiful light, a small balcony and delightful views on Montmartre. I had to work remotely on the day I left, and the staff let me stay the whole day in the breakfast area with free coffee and even some fruit.

The window didn't close very well, so we could hear the street noise (which could get quite loud with people partying close by). There was 4 flights of stairs to get to our room, so we would recommend requesting a lower level if you are less abled

The staff were very friendly and always available, which was very handy for coming back very late at night. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious

Could’ve done with better soundproofing, we had a double room with an ensuite but our room was next to an outside toilet, so it was quite noisy early in the morning. The pillows were very paper thin. A little expensive for the type of room. Area is a bit dodgy at nighttime

Cozy, clean, comfy bedroom-style rooms, staff were really lovely in resolving any queries. The cat Romeo was soo cute

I would prefer a second pillow. Some of the doors need oiling as they are noisy at night. The bathroom needed a bath mat. Walking from the tube station is a little scary at night, however the street that the hotel is on feels safe and in other directions there are really lovely areas.

The view of the sacre coeur from my room was amazing and I loved the balcony and Romeo the cat. The staff were really helpful and my room / the bathroom was super clean. I had a shared bathroom but there was no wait and it was spotless.Great natural and electric lighting. The space looked very recently renovated.

A little surprise. I went to Paris for work and I booked a room (single room at 5th floor). The room was small but it had everything and it was nice. And then the view... wonderful. Last but not least the staff, super friendly and always nice and eager to make you feel comfortable. For sure I will come back!

Would have been nice to have an extra pillow each but that's the only minor negative. The hotel was great.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from Sacre Coeur and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to metro stations so easy to get into the city. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and accommodating.

The only downside of the property was that there wasn’t an elevator, and the stairs were a little bit even. Other than that, it was perfectly accessible

Slightly spoilt as hotel undergoing renovation outside and was very noisy and dusty at times.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.. not that much and you don’t get to choose what you’ll get. Also the bathroom isn’t really atmospheric, the light is terrible!

the acoustics in the rooms however, are poor and some plumbing and sinks are a little flimsy, but nothing unusual for Paris. the fire alarm went off one morning because someone had been smoking in the room.

the hotel in general is good and pleasant, looks recently renewed. the neighborhood is particularly lively and charming. sharing a bathroom wasn't a problem and staff is great.

There’s no elevator and our room was on the 5th floor, so it’s was a bit complicated but nothing that we couldn’t deal with

me and my friend were staying in paris and she speaks no french at all, the hotel staff were so lovely and accommodating for us the rooms were very big super comfy and overall really pleasant to stay in! the location was great aswell and we could get everywhere easily overall exceeded all expectations

We were sleeping at the 5th floor, and with no elevator the stairs are a bit of a workout.

The cat (Romeo) is adorable, the staff is very friendly, rooms are great and the decoration is very nice. The location is great, we love the neighbourhood with all its nice restaurants, cafés and bakeries.

Some of the lights in the toilets were not working. We had to climb a lot to reach our room which was not a problem for us but could be for some people.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel had a lovely old school staircase, we could see the beautiful basicila of Sacré-Cœur from our window, the supermarket was close by and some nice cafes and bars.

It’s a bit noisy when people leave in the morning but otherwise great
