I got a problem when I tried to drive out of the parking garage, it took me 10 minute because the stupid parking system.

The location is in the city center with nice view, nice breakfast and reception staff

In addition to the hotel being very nice, comfortable and well-situated, the staff was just exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and respectful. The more and more rare check-in time of 2pm and check-out time of 12pm was also a nice comfort.

Our shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty for all 3 nights of our stay. The face and nail kit was an empty box!! We didn’t have teabags in our room and asked for a small jug of fresh milk for which we were charged 10 euros on our bill.It was refunded when we challenged this addition.

Breakfast was a little overpriced if you just wanted a continental as i did!

On day two we would have liked a snack lunch at 1-30. We were told that dining room was closing.The Hotel bar would have served a drink but no food until 3-30pm. We have stayed at this brand of hotel in several countries and were surprised at the outcome.

The restaurant was closed on the evening of our stay due to a large coach party staying at the hotel. We should’ve been advised about this when checking in and could’ve made alternative dining arrangements.

2 free water bottles in fridge in room bu fridge was not turned on and couldn't figure out how to turn on but for us not really a problem. We did not inquire further. A little dusting on the 2 glass shelves needed as light above shines and shows it...but I am being picky here.

Good Location. Just in the edge of the center so quiet enough to relax from the crowds but only 5 minute walk to the center. Easy to reach by car. ( also noticed a train station not far away so handy for travellers using public transportation. Breakfast was great.

The shower gel & shampoo holder was broken, so we could not use the shower gel & the shampoo. Hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday. My comfort zone starts at 25 degrees in a room, I can handle the heat well, but that duvet was too hot even for me. They charged more money at check-in than you need to pay, and they unblock it just after a few days. No hall door, so no door between the bed and the corridor door – still many hotels forget it, while it has strong impact on noise isolation! And they could built-in it without any problem, without optically make the room smaller.

Very good location: 5 minutes walk from the railway station, in a good neighborhood, not far from the city centre. Quiet - and I am ultra sensitive about this! Cozy bar - with the best cappuccino of our trip! Abundant breakfast. Sanitizer next to the elevator. Great shower, and it is not slippery. Lots of room to pack in the bathroom. Tea making facility in the room. You can choose from 2 pillows (however imho both are too low, but naturally it is a matter of taste). On reception they print recommended restaurant list. Ridiculously large-size wc :D - but then why is there no tap in it?
