The location is very bad. It's too far from the city center with all the sights. It took us 1-2 hours to get there. You need to take the metro and then one or two buses. If you're lucky, the bus will come. But it may not be on schedule. One day we spent about 2 hours to get to the hotel because the bus just didn't come and we had to wait for another one which of course had his own crazy schedule. The room itself is not comfortable. There were only concrete walls with some color. We had to ask the staff every night to fix the magnetic key because it didn't work when we got back. One morning we asked for hot water downstairs to make a cup of tea. But the employee refused because we didn't order breakfast. No kettle, no fridge, no toothpaste.

I think the only advantage of this hotel was the price. This is one of the cheapest (but not really cheap at all).

You get what you pay for but there were some things that made the stay unpleasant. The bathroom smelled like pee since we arrived and they never really cleaned it, they just tidied up the beds. I recommend staying here if you are on a budget but this hotel is 1 hour away in bus/train from any major attraction in paris.

We were satisfied with the location of the hotel. Bus stops in front of the hotel, metro station nearby. Not far away from city centre. Price for one double room with own bathroom was okey. The room was clean and had everything you need for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was also helpful and quick replying to my questions about Paris safety due ongoing protests.

Dirty room. Red blanket with white spots, probably semen. Ambient very loud sound until two o'clock at night. Very loud intercourse could be heard from several nearby rooms. Absolutely unsuitable for families. If we knew the city and it wasn't paid, we would have gone elsewhere the second night. It spoiled our impression of Paris. Huge disappointment!

Staff couldn't speak English at the time of check-in and communication was very difficult, bottle of drinking water was not supplied in the room. Vending machine wasn't working properly at times.(money lost) Hair found on pillows. Air conditioning was working well.

My trip to France was quite exausted, so next morning we decided to have breakfast which was lovely and fresh, only one thing missing Hot chocolate 😊other than that delighted.

I didn't like the way the room personal opening the door without nocking the door, the bed shit wasn't charged , neither the bathroom towel,not even a bath mat.

The receptionist was so nice,the security code on the front door was a good idea,no noise from the street ! I really appreciate that,the corner.

Very disappointing. Cold room when we arrived, uncomfortable bed. We didn't have any towels in the room, not even a small one in the bathroom ,but we asked the staff and they give it to us. Light breakfast.

Sound proofing is terrible, didn't take much to hear people walking past the room, the heating/AC was making a noise all the time even when it was supposed to be off. Had a horrible night sleep and we had to be up early, so not fun.

The whole floor + room stank of cigarette/ dog. It was extremely bad that we had to cancel our reservation the same day. B&B hotel next door is much better.

I liked the location, Rosny sous Bois is a very chilled town.

At booking it was showing about 4 miles from centre when it was 14 miles. Bed covers had holes in. Towels too small Pillows were small also
